Today i will share with you lock down elite plum cake
you need to prepare
sugar 6 tbsp
water 1/2 cup
cherry 1/4 cup
Tutty fruity 1/4 cup
dates 1/4 cup
cashew 1/4 cup
badam and pistachio 1/4 cup
lemon juice 1/2
1 tbsp jam
butter 100 gm
brown sugar or white 1/2 cup
vanilla essense 1/2 tsp
egg 2
maida 1 cup
baking powder 3/4 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp
cinnomon, cloves, cardamom, powder 1/4 tsp
for caremal
sugar 1/2 cup
water 1/2 cup
നിങ്ങൾ തയ്യാറാക്കേണ്ടത്
പഞ്ചസാര 6 ടീസ്പൂൺ
വെള്ളം 1/2 കപ്പ്
ചെറി 1/4 കപ്പ്
ട്യൂട്ടി ഫ്രൂട്ട് 1/4 കപ്പ്
ഈന്തപ്പഴം 1/4 കപ്പ്
കശുവണ്ടി 1/4 കപ്പ്
ബാഡവും പിസ്തയും 1/4 കപ്പ്
നാരങ്ങ നീര് 1/2
1 ടീസ്പൂൺ ജാം
വെണ്ണ 100 ഗ്രാം
തവിട്ട് പഞ്ചസാര അല്ലെങ്കിൽ വെളുത്ത 1/2 കപ്പ്
വാനില എസ്സെൻസ് 1/2 ടീസ്പൂൺ
മുട്ട 2
മൈദ 1 കപ്പ്
ബേക്കിംഗ് പൗഡർ 3/4 ടീസ്പൂൺ
ഉപ്പ് 1/4 ടീസ്പൂൺ
കറുവപ്പട്ട, ഗ്രാമ്പൂ, ഏലം, പൊടി 1/4 ടീസ്പൂൺ
പരിചരണത്തിനായി
പഞ്ചസാര 1/2 കപ്പ്
