Mine was getting crystallized, tried 3 times and 3 rd time was success with a no fail caramel syrup recipe from TH-cam. I followed your recipe otherwise and the output was great. Maybe I was making it first time and was lacking something while making the syrup. Thanks for the recipe

It will start melting down the crystal after a few more minutes, it needs time to met. Add a little more heat up it will get well.

The only problem I always have is with caramelizing sugar. When it cools down it becomes hard. Any solution that you can recommend?

After adding water to caramel. You have to mix it well. If you mix caramel and water well then it will not be hard.
