    Whenever I do barbell bench press,I couldn't get enough tension on my chest no matter what.
    But When I do dumbbell bench press. Woah, I feel soreness exactly in my chest. But the only problem is with dumbbells my arms shakes a lot (kind of instability).

    Do you have any cue to make dumbbell press less shakey (more stability)?

      With stability it all comes down to the weight because you’re focusing on an iso movement (one at a time) and there is usually instability because your dominant arm takes over when doing a standard bench press.
      Focus on a lower dumbbell weight with good form and higher reps! While you do this your muscle fibers will become stronger and make it easier to hold up heavier weights in time and fix any imbalances you might have! 💪🏽
