And the nail in the coffin is that there are so many artists that are ok with this, which puts artists with a brain out of business.
Do you have a document of how you explain your Usage Terms to them to send virtually? Where do you keep everything stored? What kind of negotiations do you offer if they don't like the price? Sorry I'm starting to learn so I want to ask haha.

Sure! The budget is how much the client has to spend on the project. You can propose a higher fee than the budget, and you both have room to negotiate.
