Another GREAT CSP video, I'm ZL1 shopping.
If it were my car, I would just put that chiller on it and leave it alone, at least for a while. It's nice to have a car that not too modified above stock that is super reliable and very fast. Enjoy it!
spf1218 he’s barely done anything to his car, as long as he doesn’t out spin his blower, delivers enough fuel and keeps the car cool. His car will be more reliable than stock. For example my car was reporting detonation on stock tune, unmodified when initially logged on HpTuners

Good stuff, your numbers are awesome. I’ve got pretty much the same setup with a few more things, spraying meth, 10inch lower, cam and some more.Your power is good, with a good tire and 18 inch wheels you should be able to put the gap on Nick consistently since you are not heat soaking as much. Keep it up! Finally a ZL1 done right 🤩

Good job , can't tell you how I wish content was in direct stages like we would modify the car which you have done....the average guy doesn't drop his car off and get 416ci head cam and twins...LOL...we do mods in a similar progression to how you produced them with cam next...maybe this fall another similar with some track gains!!!!!
I dont have much experience modding or tubing LT1 so it's all great info thanks...got my MPVI2 ( still have the 1 pro as my AFR is 0-5v till I get the AEM obd2 wb) in yesterday formatting a fresh laptop install so you videos are a welcome distraction....

Love these videos on the mods of the ZL1. Keep them coming! ARH makes a mid section exhaust back to the stock muffler that eliminates the crushed section of the stock exhaust. Might be something to consider.

How much do you have invested in upgrades so far? 100hp and 100lb-ft of torque is awesome!
YXZ KEV it’s not really that much of an improvement for those mods if you think it’s under 20% over all gain.
Turbo Mike How do you figure? The pulley ratios and cam are still stock. Can you say the Porsche would pick up more same mods?

100 / 100 gains from a few bolt on‘s and a tune is quite nice. If you and Nick have traction I’d say his car will get you off the start since blowers make peak at high rpm where as the turbskies peak somewhat down low. At the end of the track it should be close.

After everything they said about not putting headers on, yet they put them on, hum wonder why, because aftermarket headers are better and ceramic coated are even better, especially when your asking the exhaust gases to do so much extracting those gases better than stock will always be a dollar well spent ?

I like the mods you've done, they seem to be pretty reasonable for a daily driver. I would imagine the car would still remain pretty reliable with this kind of moderate tuning. Does the factory fuel system have enough head room left for any more changes, maybe say ported heads?

Should of done it in Track or Sport mode. Touring holds some of that power back.

Hey andrew, what lambda are you running WOT? I’ve read these cars like from .83-87 best, just curious with those impressive numbers. Planning a similar build on mine soon or at least a couple of the same mods.
Why not straight headers and a smaller upper pulley to affect the boost? Simple steps to get some real HP.
Keep in mind that it's not just long tubes, it's a cat delete as well. The factory Tri-Y headers with an off road pipe (cat delete) might yield similar gains.

Should stick a stiff rear gear in it to go racing - make you look good fast.

Thanks for this video, I'm looking to add approx. 100HP (to 750HP) over stock. Roto-Fab CAI, Port the blower, Kooks long tube headers and tune. What will that cost approx.? You can message me if you want with that. Also, are you planning to change one or both supercharger pulleys? What apporox. gain can we expect with one or both? I've only had my car for less than 2 months but who needs warranty. ;) Thanks.

why not put a intercooler on it, your going to get at least 50 HP at the rear wheels and no matter what the outside temp is, your not going to have any heat soak at all ?

Instead of ported OEM blower how much hp could gain a Whipple or Magnuson 2650 having the same mods you did (headers, CAI, 103mm throttle body)?

Dude its "lb-ft" of torque not "ft-lbs". There is a significant difference. I stay far away from tuners that do not use correct terminology.
