Great video. Well said. Well edited. Makes me want one. Did you use autopilot to get those drone shots of you driving? Get to editing on your new content! Lets get these subs up!!
We took delivery of VIN F522171 on Aug 25th, this is my second Tesla. Our first was an early VIN 2020. I can say it was like night and data different. Aside from a scratch in the paint, our new PMY is PERFECT. I debated whether I wanted to get the scratch fixed but decided to submit a Service Request. That's scheduled for Sept 8th and the SC claims I'll be able to wait for it.
Overall It is actually quite decent. Since this video I have been paying a lot of attention to other vehicle build quality and I really think Tesla has gotten it together. I am going to make another video of a 3 month impression or so and give it some better reviews!
The one thing most people never think of with every other brand the dealers fix these problems before going on the lot. Used to work for Toyota and we had cars delivered to us with these problems all the time that we had to fix before putting them out. Was a big problem.
It seems Tesla’s goal is to make as many vehicles as possible to appeal to goals and quarterly earning calls. I just hope in the future they focus more energy on quality control and customer service
@@ntrakstudio I would word it fit and finish. The build quality is already top notch Sandy Munro has pointed that out. But yes it is the little things that the customers see that can still use a little work. Good thing is Tesla is good at fixing them where most dealers will say go away we don’t care.
Just picked up my MYP last Wednesday. The only issues I had we’re really some residue from the shipping wrap and one scratch on the bumper. Fit and finish was great and I was Uber worried after watching many TH-camrs trying to get views about bashing Tesla quality. Obviously not every vehicle will be perfect but you can say that about every manufacturer. It’s funny nobody looks at panel gaps in any other vehicle. I bet if you have another car and look at it people would be very surprised
It is a bit hit or miss with Tesla mine came perfect no issues at all. But if you are ordering one or taking delivery always report anything you see within the first 100 miles and they will fix pretty much everything.
@@bblueangel2 most cars have some things but I can’t testify for cars in this price. The only issue I have is with the frameless windows and the back door quality. Otherwise, no one can deny the “build quality” of these cars that receive the best safety scores of any vehicle in its class, which says something about build quality

Working on the next one and I’ll post 2 back to back 😉
