    Steve, I purchased a 95 F150 three years ago. Back then I did some work to clean up the interior then put a pause on the fixing it up till recently. I want to tweak the front suspension and steering. I have closely watched all 19 videos on your playlist on this. I plan on doing a lot of the work on the list. My question, is there a specfic order you would recommend to do the work? Maybe the oldest video to the newest?? Thanks in advance. I love watching your channel. You do a great job passing on the info! I really enjoyed the videos of you with the Navy Sea Cadets. I am a 20 year Navy man myself. Thanks again.

      Thank you for your service! I enjoyed every minute of my 15 years in Sea Cadets.
      Anyhow, I would start by checking the bushings and replacing them as needed. I would then check the ball joints and replace as needed. Same for the steering assembly I.e tie rods and drag link.
      Fresh shocks are always nice too.

    They video was great man. Easy install. I have a question about the back sway bar. With the after market one not having so many bends it, how does it bend around the driveshaft/axel to bolt to side of the axel? Where does the center of the sway bar go? I tried calling the company you got your sway bar from and left a voice mail because they didn’t answer.

    • @TheMinuteMasters

      Have you installed the rear sway bar yet? Once you have it and you mock it up it will start to make sense.

    Great video!
    One questions, I just recently did a 4inch lift on my 93. f150. Now the front end links don't align.
    I has a factory sway bar connection underneath the spring
    maybe I could convert it to this type of sway bar?

      So when you do a lift kit, you usually get longer sway bar end links. If they doesn’t work, I’d buy this kit plus a set of longer end links and that should do the trick.

    • @TheMinuteMasters

      After living with the sway bar and understanding how the twin I beam suspension works, I wouldn’t recommend a front sway bar. A rear sway bar would make more sense with controlling loads.
      The sway bar doesn’t physically get in the at with making other repairs like tie rods.

    i have a 96 5.8l 351 i plan on getting a 6 inch lift next summer but my body roll is freaking ridiculous!! can you add a link for the sway bar id need to buy?
    i have a factory sway bar, i changed the whole front end beside automatic hub bushings and body bushings no luck. also re-manufactured steering box and still a crazzy amount of play in that, ive tightened it to where i think its already to much and still way to sloppy.
    sorry im including to much but you seem to know you stuff and not to many do when it comes to broncos so i have to ask. i have a few pics of vacuum lines where my so called "soup can" goes and theres 3 or 4 vacuum lines that are colored coded that are just cut and not attached to anything and i have a code for insignificant egr flow . would you be any help with that?

    • @TheMinuteMasters

      So by everything, you have new springs, shocks, bushings, ball joints, I-beam bushings, wheel bearings, and drag link steering parts, and tie rod ends?
      That is a pain. I’m traveling now but I can check my truck and see how my vacuum lines are run. Mines an XL so there may be a few missing because I don’t have cruise control.

    • @TheMinuteMasters
      @TheMinuteMasters  5 ปีที่แล้ว

    • @danellsworth5872
      @danellsworth5872 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@TheMinuteMasters theres not alot of play maybe a inch at the most.

    • @TheMinuteMasters
      @TheMinuteMasters  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Dan Ellsworth I would try tighten the steering on top of the steering box first. Only tighten it a 1/4 turn at a time. I’m told over tightening it can make the steering too tight and wear the gears out prematurely. Otherwise, make sure all your steering components are in good working order, that includes the ball joints. I say go for a seat bar because it just makes “spirited” driving that much more fun.
