- Video was all over the place, but f**k it. Footage is from 2 separate days and my Sony Action cam decided to stop working on me after it took a fall from the pop up headlights on Nate's blue 240. Figured I would make the best of it and go out and pick up my first DSLR. Picked up a t3i, and I'm loving it so far, any mod suggestions would be appreciated.

Like your wagon man, the other day I was behind a slightly older v40 or something wagon and it was on rims and must have had a muffler delete or something and I was surprised at how good it sounded!
I drive a Mk5 Jetta TDI Cup Edition running open downpipe right now haha

On the plastidipped rims, paint thinner, a sponge, and a pressure washer works very well.
Maybe it's the camera settings in the car wash clips, but the Jetta looks about ten times bluer than it usually does.
R.I.P. Straight pipe... You will be missed a lot

Plasti Dip comes of nicely when you use some petrol or fuel, it dissolves real nice

I would love to see the vids of that tear down on the 240. I don't have a 240, but I might have to do a tear down on my engine, but I don't want to cause I want to do an engine swap and it's my only vehicle, but still some ways away from doing that. Keep up the good content.

Get a cheap clip on fisheye lens for the t3i, you can get one on ebay cheap and it is great for vlogs

Just use wd 40 to remove the plasti dip, way easer than peeling or sanding

This is DSLR isn't it. There is a lot of noise in the video since it's dark. Hope the adjustment goes well.

Spray some Wd-40 let it sit and then hit it with a pressure washer and that'll get rid of the hard to peel plastidip

30 fps looks like shit. Either go 24 or 60. I almost always kept my t3i at 720p 60fps and it looked great.
