I ordered an EA5000P from Amazon and was sent the 6100. I use the Oregon M80 .325 chain and a 20" Speedcut bar on the 6100; love the weight. Great carb mod.
Nice series on a dolmar for a change instead of people raving about huskys. Must say it makes me want to go in and port my 6100 as I have never been over keen on it with it being strato and smidge heavy, but it's built a brick, though 562 isn't particularly light either. It seems like it gains a fair bit with minimal porting...👍
Love it! I would wager it be more worthwhile removing the butterflies and rods and the nozzle and then boring the venturi to a bigger size. Maximum size you can bore the venturi to, is the inner diameter of the carb on the cylinder side. This has become standard practice on race boats. The carb essentially becomes a bigger carb and yes the velocity at the venturi is lower so you have to richen the jets to compensate. The area you get that way is vastly bigger than streamlining screws and rods. Then again it is a hassle and a half
Habrá algún carburador de Husqvarna que sea compatible con ese Makita,no logro conseguir el carburador OEM MAKITA 6100 ,BUSCO ALGO QUE SEA COMPATIBLE!!!
