I just had a scenario where the buyer on a listing of mine had a 22b, and decided to increase the price of their home they needed to sell mid way through the 45 day period. This home already wasn’t getting traction at the lower list price. It would be great to allow the seller to disapprove of price increases by buyer on the sale of their home. Similar to how seller has to approve of specific types of sales. It’s just in bad faith on that side. The sellers should have an out and not be obligated to be drug through the entire length of the 22b if the buyer is acting in certain ways.

That'd be a great suggestion through the speak up form on MLS.
Is there a specific form for seller consent? Or is it just written email communication from the sellers broker?
