I think the Halftime Show is very fast, everything must happen in a fixed time and needs to be under control, besides people set high expectations for it, Shakira felt some pressure. Actually, there are plenty of live presentations that she seems more relaxed and they are better than Super Bowl. The belly dancing part with a rope, for example, Shakira can do that 10 times better.
