I always felt in this family she was “home”. The way she spoke, the care for the family, the love in the details, her cooking, and being the central wife figure in the family’s life. All this was lost on Kody. Hope she finds joy, happiness, and true love to enjoy the rest of her days. I hope Kody feels the chill of where her warmth used to shine on them. I know the family will.

I’m so happy for Christine!! Cody is a selfish jerk!! He uses and abuses his older wives, all the while romancing two faced Robin and his youngest children with her. Robin is an attention seeker and uses crying as a weapon , as well as brown nosing to each of the the first 3 wives separately for her own gain. Christine looks so much happier and prettier,now that she is focusing on herself and her children,and she’ll do fine without Cody. I hope she makes sure to take Cody to court to pay child support immediately for the children Christine still has that are not 18 years old yet.
I think all of them (including Cody) are victims of a religious ideology/cult.

So proud of her best decision of her life
This is a perfect example of why plural marriages fall apart. There will always be jealousy. Hurt feelings. Children that will feel neglected.. One man dividing his attention between multiple women and children will always have a consequence for him and his wives. Kody has already emotionally removed himself from Meri as his wife. Made it clear to Christine that he no longer has any interest in their relationship - Emotionally or otherwise. Has chosen to spend the majority of his time with Robin - neglecting everyone else in his life. Good for Christine for finally putting herself and her children first in her life. Living a life beyond Kody and his desire to have multiple wives. Wish her well as she has finally discovered herself as an independent woman that can survive beyond Kody.

Christine is such a beautiful soul and glad she’s found her why without that narcissistic. I hope she finds a man one day that’s going to love her the way she deserves.
This show has made me realize that I was in a sister wives relationship even though myself or his other girlfriend weren’t “married” to him ; we stayed in the same house, both had children with him and even though he primarily stayed in my room or he said “ours” and she said she wasn’t intimate with him anymore. I realized intimacy is more than carnal and we both raised each other’s children although she had a great job and paid “ALL OF THE BILLS” I wasn’t allowed to work, I was his take around town party girlfriend. I ended up leaving soon after my last child was born at 28 weeks due to his physical abuse and she ended up legally marrying him. He passed years ago from liver failure but I’m glad I got out after he abused me when my precious; now 5 year old angel in heaven was born. And 3 years after she moved on and finally felt freedom for the first time. We still remain as co parents to our children and all of our kids are grown, and happy and went through therapy

It’s clear Kody only cares about Robyn so I’m glad Christine got out, I hope Janelle and Meri will follow her too and start living their best lives.

Kody tried to cut her down and put the blame on her, but we all saw it on TV how he treated her. I know TV doesn't show everything behind the scenes but obviously behind the scenes was much worse seeing this outcome. You are a Godly, blessed woman Christine. Pretty sure Robyn sent him back to Christine’s….Kody did not go back on his own. Robyn said they (C & K) didn’t try. Robyn made him go back and that is why Christine felt the way she did. It’s okay that Kody fell in love with Robyn in a way that he didn’t with the other wives. He should just say that so they can stop the charade.

He’s such a narcissist. Why don’t they all see that. It’s all about Kody. His face and tone whe he described being told he couldn’t go on her bed. Was in my eyes a little boy not getting a cookie. So glad she’s finally over him. Hopefully Janell and Mary follow as well
This also could happen in a monogamous marriage. Marriage is fragile. Hopefully, Christine will continue to thrive. Even people in monogamous marriages have issues finding time to spend with each other. I cannot imagine how to make a plural marriage between one man and so many women work. From watching the TV show, it seemed to me that Kody was truly in love with Robin. They got that romantic spark that makes married life enjoyable. The other marriages were lacking luster and eventually, all the other wives felt relegated. Christine just could not cope with it. I never saw Kody looking at the remaining wives like he looked at Robin. Not her fault but the reality that you can just truly love deeply one person at a time.

When I watched I never saw religion. Most men in plural marriages just want the ego boost and control. Can you imagine Cody in a plural marriage with 4 men and one wife? Oh…….now that would make a great reality show. He’s a Wimp! He couldn’t even satisfy the wives, he picked his favorites. Kept having children that he ignored! Imagine your daughter going in for major surgery and not being there? It blows my mind! My kid, Covid or not, I’m going to be there! How can these women have such low self esteem? Christine has always been my favorite, she has always been the nurturer. If Kody hangs on to the anger of her leaving, it is probably because he realizes how much she really did love him. She deserves someone who loves her and appreciates her just as much!
