Well actually on a mega serious note I believe Kody far more loved his hair😂than anyone or anything. He remarked one time years ago about himself having the look of a surfer dude with his cool hair. Actual words. I laughed so hard, a more conceded guy could not be possible. From then on he was in a panic to keep his hair from falling out AND how best for his hair dresser to keep it fluffed up because it was pitifully😂 thin. I see he’s staying with a perm and let his 1” pony tail that stuck straight out, 😂depart from his, hot look. I stopped watching that show years ago, I couldn’t stand that guy . Now I see the three wives have finally left him, I hope for their speedy recoveries and happy ever afters with true mates who unconditionally love them. Poor Kody I kind of feel sorry for him now. He’s the only one that can’t leave and find real love, he’s 😮stuck with 😢himself...

Yeah but he never seemed in love with the other 3 wives. To me it seemed like he just wanted to have options and produce kids for them to take care of and for him to feel "empowered " for sowing his seeds. But when the Robyn showed up he was all lovey dovey which he never was with the other 3 wives.

However, he truly never loved any of his wives. If you go back you can see the marriage was always about Kody and the 3 wives trying to please him. When Robyn came in the picture, he loved her and what that did is show his true colours. He was suddenly capable of love, care and support and that what got them jealous and angry. Robyn exposed Kody for his lies. He married for convenience. He was brutal and cruel to Meri a lot. He treat her the worst mostly because she was the most faithful to the religion too and the one who buttheaded with him. Jenelle was Meri's sister in law and the woman he brought in to tell Meri he is in control [they are not equal] .. which should tell them something is off with him but hey, she was 18 when he married her and I don't see how a sheltered girl can see that and understand it. Then Christine came in and it is the same story .. He made sure to never help them work together or accept each other. He made them compete for his love which was always so weird.

Robyn seemed embarrassed to have been outed by Kody like that. It's one thing to know things in secret, it's another to have Kody declare it like that... especially when she always tried so hard to cry and pretend that things were equal among the 4 wives.

This is interesting ....it does seem he's so into her...he's like she's my soulmate!! But I can't remember HER saying that about him. I think she needed funding when she got with him. She may have liked him and maybe loved him but I'm not seeing soulmate flashing in her eyes when she looks at him. It will be interesting to see if she stays if they lose their financial footing and if she has to start working.
He thinks claiming he never loved them saves face, but it makes him look like a liar and a hypocrite because wasn’t “love should be multiplied, not divided” in the opening of the show?? He tried to convince everyone he loved them all..

Kody has no boundaries. He was meant to be a good husband to his first three wives, but he failed badly, even moreso when Robyn came along. He let them down horribly. We can say a lot of things in hindsight, but what Kody is saying is nasty and unfair. He is the man he is now only because of his life before Robyn came along. We all make mistakes and we can look back and acknowledge them, but this meanness is not attractive in him. Janelle was correct. He isn't the same person now he was when she married him and had his children. Time and experience changes us. Robyn is just a nasty piece of work, revelling in the fact he says he never felt the love he has for her with Meri, Janelle or Christine. Kody and Robyn should do some soul-searching. He looks so aged and angry now, bitterness lines his face, and Robyn isn't the woman he married, not at all. I wonder how he feels about that?

He will never admit he's done anything wrong. When my precious Momma passed away ,my father met a woman a few years later, she has made our lives such hell and pain. Its unbelievable the damage a narcissist can create. My heart breaks for the children. I'm 59 years old and this awful person still affects me, they won't leave you alone. Crazy is real.

She didn't care that he didn't go to Ysabel's surgery, she said her two youngest can't be without Kody for more than a day or two, knowing he has other children that want to see him. She's been hogging him since the first episode. She is so selfish. There's so many examples of her putting herself above the others , too many to count. She's equally responsible.

I watched the show for years and it was always with the curiosity of knowing that Kody was such a manipulator and watching him interact with the wives was like a puppet show. When he met Robin, it was obvious that he was over the moon to be with her but he tried to play it off, acting like it was a “group decision.” He was, and is, sooooo creepy. And now with the perm … 😳

Exactly Cody and everyone sees it. that’s not the problem that he feels like he found his soulmate. The problem is that instead of letting everyone go and keeping robin, he decided to be mentally and verbally abusive instead to make up for the fact that he wasn’t being a husband to the other three wives.

The thing is, legally, the woman he's married to is financially safe. She's the one who gets to share everything with Kody, and if he was to die, that woman is the one who gets widow's benefits. The other wives divorced Kody in good faith, thinking they'll always stay together - they didn't get anything in the divorce, no house, no money, no nothing... And when Kody was married to Robyn, all the sister wives had lost their safety net. They knew they had no legal right to anything.. What was in their name? Nothing.
The more I hear him speak, the more frustrated I get!! He just can't take ANY responsibility for anything!! His ego got *offended* when 3 of his wives walked out. Even though, let's be honest, he made it *very difficult* for them to stay.. But now he can turn around and say THEY LEFT and be the victim. He's not acting *aware* of what he does and why he does it... The events and the narrative are *twisted* in his head. If he went to a psychologist, he'd most likely get diagnosed with real *Narcissistic personality disorder.* Sadly, those people aren't CAPABLE of ever seeing the TRUTH. Reality gets twisted in their head.. So there's no point to even trying to make them understand something. The best thing we can do is to leave them be. Could TLC make a spinoff to Sister Wives, with just the 3 ex-sister wives?? Would love to watch that show! NO MORE KODY AND NO MORE ROBYN, please!!!

I think that is why NONE of his children live polygamy- they saw/lived that it's not possible to love multiple people equally. They recognized the damage polygamy does to wives and kids and ran from it.

I feel for Meri who gave up being legally married to Cody for Robyn.. Meri Janelle and Christine gave children with him. And he says he didn't love the three of them. Kody messed around with their feelings . And as Robyn she set out to get Kody.
The issue is that his 1st 3 wives were secure in themselves and knew they could take care of themselves. That intimated Kody.
In classic narcissistic style both Kody and Robyn are without conscience. Of course she knew how he felt about her and the other wives from day one. The show gave them everything narcissists want, attention and money, at the cost of the best years of the other wives lives. Kody admits now what Christine has been saying all along that he had a favorite wife. Robyn still lying saying I didn't know anything. Janelle has been in denial for a long time at least Christine wasn't willing to stay. These two fooled not only the other wives to get them where they wanted to be but fooled the public too. I hope the wives and children take legal action to get the money they deserve from him.
