His voice carries pretty well in the theatre. It's on the smaller side, but that's to be expected of a rossini tenor, it's certainly appropriate for his repertoire. His mezza voce is magical though. (definitely not amplified, I saw him yesterday and you could clearly hear the voice was coming from him)
