I put my camera outside on the back porch so I could keep an eye on the back yard. We had a bad wind storm and my camera got blown of the deck into the yard. Since then I have my app says low temperature my camera needs to warm up before using. I have had it in the house for 2 weeks and tried recharging it to get it to start working again. Any suggestions how to fix this? Being in the house for that long it should have warmed up and started working again. I was trying to see if I could take out the battery and change it out with one that is working but can’t figure out how to access the battery. I think my arlo pro was much better and I’m regretting getting this model.
That’s interesting because last year in Texas we had the winter storm. It’s got to -1 degree and I never received that message from the 2 cameras I have outside. It could be defective. I don’t know.
As for the battery. I believe it’s internal, therefore it’s not accessible like the Arlo pro. I believe the Arlo Ultra and ultra 2 batteries are accessible.
