Spam Fried Rice:
- 1 can Spam, cut into cubes
- 4-5 C. cooked jasmine rice
- C. each:
diced carrots
frozen corn
frozen peas
- 2 beaten eggs
- oil for frying
*For the sauce:
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp each (or to taste):
onion powder
ground ginger
white pepper
Doritos Burrito Casserole:
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 can Rico's nacho cheese sauce
- 8 oz. shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 4 oz. sour cream
*To make the rice:
- 1 C. jasmine rice
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tomato & chicken bouillon cube
- 2 C. water
- Onion powder, garlic powder, and cumin to taste
Mississippi Chicken:
- 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
- 1 pkg. au jus gravy mix (chicken gravy would also be good!)
- 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
- 5 large carrots
- Salt & pepper
- 1 jar hot banana peppers (use as many as you'd like, and some of the juice!)
- 1 stick butter
Apple Pie Crescent Bake:
- cans crescent dough
- 1 can apple pie filling
- cinnamon sugar for sprinkling
- melted butter for brushing on the top
Pasta Salad Ingredients:
- mini penne pasta
- greek salad dressing
- broccoli
- cauliflower
- shredded carrots\
- green olives
- black olives
- cooked bacon pieces
- diced ham
- feta crumbles
- cubed mozzarella
- shredded parmesan

Happy Sunday 😁 yup pasta salad is great for summer, or Spring time in Texas!! It was too early for the heat. We hardly had a winter so I fear Summer is going to be brutal. Dessert looked delicious. Ive made something similar where you use the pie filling, but keep the crescent shape. I'll have to try your version. It's really good made like a cinnamon roll. They make cinnamon chips, like chocolate chips and I've used them for the filling. Ooooo now that I'm talking about this, some cookie butter or that cinnamon toast crunch butter would be amazing.
