The Witches of Dathomir were pretty cool. The last seasons of Clone wars is pretty good. Including Rebels and The Bad Batch. Loved Rogue One + Andor
The Acolyte is meh.
I think you need to take a step back and let Star Wars end for you. I did the same for Star Trek. Star Trek ended for me with the reboot. I rewatch TNG, DS9, Voyager and Enterprise over and over.
Gotta learn to let go. Disliking something and pointing out how awful it is takes up so much energy.
