In regards to the roads been paved then dug up. Is it a project manager issue? It seems like it to me. They paved the road, then they realized they forget to lay a pipe or construct drainage or whatever it is they forget to do, then they dug up the road again to correct the issue. Sometimes they dug up the same area numerous times. They need to get it to gather man! My assessment of the road project is based on the numerous videos I've watched on the St. Thomas project. It has been eight years since I've been home. I can't wait to come home this Summer, and enjoy the beautiful views, while driving on the newly constructed road.
Project Management is indeed an issue. Also welcome back when you arrive. Keep watching.
They are paving the road in 2 layers,the 1st layer has been layed and they're fixing all the problems before applying the second layer

Where are the housing developments? One or two individual single-family homes and hotels that's all I see.
