Tomahawk Ribeye on the Napoleon Prestige Pro 500

Cooking a big Tomahawk Ribeye is always a lot of fun. I love to get a perfect medium rare cook on mine! This week, I bought the charcoal and smoker tray accessory for my Napoleon Prestige Pro 500 and though this would be a perfect way to break it in. The charcoal tray gives me the ability to do standard charcoal grilling inside the gas grill. The results on this cook were amazing!
