  • EMOM for 21 minutes
    Minute 1: 20 Push-Ups
    Minute 2: 25 Sit-Ups
    Minute 3: 35 Air Squats
    Repeat 7x
    Fun one that really challenges you in different ways. The push-ups, although the least time consuming, are the one that can fatigue the fastest. Had a mini goal of going unbroken and obtained it. The sit-ups were tough as it made you push the rep speed. Finally the air squats were high rep but you are able to stay at a relatively moderate pace. Overall, adjust the reps for the ones needed. Give this one a go!
