I’ve given/helped without expecting anything in return, yet some tried to bite my hand after I decided to stop helping them and others could not even defend my name. Either way, I’ve always been the kind of person that if someone is nice to me a/o helps me, I feel indebted to them and will try to return the kindness/help in some way or another. One thing that I will never do is to bite the hand that has been nice to me a/o helped me.
When youre codependent these 3 things can be so hard to do. But its great advice for everyone. Its better to be alone than to be disrespected.

I left someone who didn't value me anymore, about 5 years ago. She was arguing and throwing a fit. I didn't say a word. I just left. I haven't seen or heard from her since. She was blocked out of my life and I'm so much happier.

Alot of people think they're really clever by giving people the silent treatment. Though often it's just passive aggression, and a bit like cancel culture. Sometimes communication and understanding is needed instead of trying to punish someone with silence.
I believe that if you truly care about someone, you will communicate to them how you feel. If they truly care also, then they will listen, misunderstandings will be cleared up, and the relationship will be strengthened. But if nothing changes, then that's your cue to wipe the dust off your feet and move on.

You simply becomes tired, restless, annoyed, can't concentrate on your further actions or activities.

You must care about your inner child and other peoples in a child this man, that you love you must care about his inner child. Let me explain. He must rise above take the highroad be an eagle that flies in the cloud in the sky. You care about his inner child by showing him that you’re happy Your happiness is not controlled or about him. Use this tragic situation to rise above the ashes find things you love to do just for the sake of doing them. Go to Al-Anon meetings go to AA meetings more so just be with your breath at the meeting, and then, whatever else you get out of the grave. Take walks in nature, watch the birds in the trees exercise. Find passions devote yourself to your inner child to other peoples into shape children they go in the right way you heal the world and yourself. Stretch. Alcoholics Anonymous Al-Anon, meetings to communities used interview with your breath for an hour. Anything else you get out of a great, never give up. Don’t shy away from these communities unless you find a better one communities very important and there’s diamonds in these rooms open your mind by using the rooms to be with your heart to be with your breath and then take it from there every day will be new. The way to love by Anthony DeMello. so I drew TH-cam videos. A healer in it every family in a lifetime without pain. Chungi Lin go to book. Qi gong master. Eat healthy. Good grass fed. Meat is very important. If it’s not in your budget do what you can. Stay away from bread. Even good bread. Be careful eating at restaurants. Most restaurants they you seed the oil.
