What i hear those are similar amps but with different expressed midrange. Orange is more scooped than Omega and has something more in high frequencies

The Granophyre is soooo clear & defined ! The Duel dark is too compressed & fizzy for low tunes. But for 90's Thrash, Death & black metal the Dual dark would sound awesome ! Which is your favorite in the room ?

Orange wins. Granophyre has grating upper mids that I can't stand in comparison. The fuzzy orange tone from the DD isn't great for every metal sound but it sounds amazing in the room.

The grano has a mid toggle that dials back the honk, if that's not your thing. I'm personally obsessed with mid-forward tones (off hand, something like Alluvial)

The grano in this clip is missing all the low end for some reason. That amp def has gobs of lows in person. Like if i didnt know id say the orange sounded way better but the difference in person is much less, in uh, person lol. I boost with the Plumes and sometimes in series with the mudkiller and plumes. The dirty tree 33 setting makes the grano sound bad IMO
