I drink a teaspoon of cinnamon, squeeze 1 lemon, 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, quarter teaspoon of ginger and 1 teaspoon of liquid sugar. All mixed into a 3 litre bottle of distilled water everyday … I’ve been drinking this mix and doing 18hr fasting for the last 10 months and I’ve stopped taking all medication for gout and diabetes, and dropped well over 30kgs! Not to mention I work out twice a day (once in the morning and before dinner) … A huge thanks to Dr. Berg of course for giving me the blueprints to this lifesaving hack! 😁👍✨

Great to hear you're doing well!
Question: how are your teeth after all this lemon and vinegar?
I found my teeth very sensitive a couple of days after sipping on such acids. If i need them now, I do deluted shots and then drink whatever else on top of that.
      Are your teeth magic?

I was not impressed with adding cinnamon to water to drink, not a coffee drinker either, so in order to enjoy the benefits of cinnamon, I toast a half slice of walnut multigraind bread and sprinkle cinnamon generously on it, I have that every day around 11am with my 2 scrambled eggs. I don't feel hungry til about 5 or 6pm . This works for me, I've reduced my weight about 30+ pounds in a year. I'm 66yrs old and retired. Hope this is a blessing to someone else

You can control your diabetes with fenugreek. It is a natural spice and there is nothing to worry about side effects.
Add 1 tbsp of fenugreek to a glass of water and keep it aside for like 4-5 hrs. You may drink the water then. Don't drink frequently, because it drops sugar level quickly.

I can attest to this working wonders! Well tbh I'm not 100% sure if it's the cinnamon itself but I've been taken a mix of spices which includes ginger, cinnamon, Cardamoms, Cloves, black pepper and nutmeg ( ingredients written in that order) and adding it to my tea first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening after my last meal and I've seen a 20% decrease in my fasting blood glucose - from pre diabetic numbers to excellent numbers in the 4s!!!I also tried it post pandrial ( within 2hrs after consuming my meal and saw numbers I've never seem before, this is even after eating foods with carbs like rice and a half glass of baileys 😉. I am a sceptical person so I didnt want to believe that it was the spice mix but the numbers I was seeing were insanely low compared to before I started taking these spices. In addition, the researcher in me even went as far as experimenting with going some days without taking these spices on a normal carb diet and lo and behold my pre numbers came back again! Not sure if this is a good sign though as it suggests the effects of this mix are short term 🤔 if within a couple of days the numbers go up again. But anyway 1 or more of the ingredients I have listed does have an effect and I think combining it with a low carb lifestyle would be the best approach.

Add cinnamon to scrambled eggs, it's absolutely fantastic. Best method, when you heat the frying pan use butter to coat the pan (I guess lard would work too, but I use butter) and add the cinnamon to the melted butter in the pan. That's because cinnamon isn't water soluble so it won't dissolve into eggs but it is fat soluble so adding it to the butter works a treat. When you add your egg mix and start scrambling it you'll basically be mixing in the butter and cinnamon in a very consistent fashion.

I am glad to see this video. Specially because of Ceylon(si-laahn) cinnamon. 😊. I am a Sri lanakan and my mom teaches me to drink a glass of cinnamon water or a glass of water soaked in fenugreek if I feel my sugar level is high. I love sweets. But I control it a lot now. Sometimes I eat a lot of sweets and I feel/notice the high sugar level, so I drink either cinnamon or fenugreek soaked water on the same day. My symptoms disappear then.
Dr.Berg, please educate everyone about fenugreek too. I really appreciate your free health education via TH-cam.

I put cinnamon in my daily cup of coffee. It's delicious! Mind you, it doesn't dissolve, so have to swirl the last mouthful of coffee to mix the cinnamon in (that has sunk to the bottom of the cup) and then quickly tip the cup to drink the last mouthful. It feels a bit 'grainy' when you swallow, but you get used to that. 😊😊☕

@@earthishome1866 I can’t explicitly say if it does or not. I don’t think it does though. Cinnamon in powdered form is grinder down from a bark of a tree. That’s where Cinnamon sticks comes from. Cinnamon sticks or fresher Cinnamon in form have a more intense flavor and aroma. Cinnamon buy it’s properties and including what the good doctor has already said in the video basically helps to regulate sugar in the body and it’s very effective in doing so. Use good quality Cinnamon spice, the fresher the better. Stuff that’s been sitting for years in powdered form on a grocery shelf is obviously just not as good and has lost much it’s effective potency.

VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE: that the effect of blunting blood sugar spikes is specific to “CASSIA CINNAMON” which is also known as Cinnamomum cassia (Chinese cinnamon). Studies showed that 2 teaspoons of “cassia cinnamon” powder blunts blood sugar up-to 12 hours and it was because of it’s high amount of “COUMARIN,” BUT studies have also shown that just a teaspoon a day of “cassia cinnamon” can show toxicity to the liver so it was advised to switch to ceylon cinnamon removing the coumarin toxicity but also the benefit of blunting glucose, HOWEVER it is still advised to take about a teaspoon of ceylon cinnamon per day for it’s antioxidant benefit

I always go back to this channel, Dr. Berg is always clear and straight to the point. Thank you for sharing this great information. After following Dr. Berg's advise I got normal A1C 6.0 last Nov30 from 9.7 last Sep. Thank you for giving hope while others think of this as a progressive disease. I could not say it's totally reversed already, I'm still strict on my low carb diet and will continue to monitor my A1C.

I used to take cassia cinnamon for a year until later I found out it can cause damage to my liver since i'm T2D. I immediately switched to Ceylon , really like the taste as it tasted better than cassia. last month I went to the hospital and my A1c has decreased about 0.3 normal range. besides, I'm also taking Benfotiamine & ALA as additional supplement on a daily basis.

Sri Lanka was called Ceylon during the British era. That’s why that name go along with cinnamon because they used to export them to Europe during that time. Sri Lanka is small island in South Asia. As a Sri Lankan,we even use cinnamon as a spice and flavoring aging for our curries. It has some marvelous results if you could use it on daily basis.

Ceylon means Srilanka. That was its oldern name. So the best cinnamon is exported by Srilanka around the world. Its most organic and everything hand picked. This spice is really good to control cholesterol as well.

I have found great benefit from cayenne pepper and then stop taking it because I hear something negative (eg., Trusty Rusty's comment - I went to read what Garret Smith says - something about cayenne depleting Substance P, a healing chemical in the body). I've used it previously to lose a lot of weight. I think it may suppress blood sugar and/or insulin spikes. I use it in the middle of the night when I wake up unable to go back to sleep - I'm often back to sleep less than an hour. Many herbalists swear that it will stop a heart attack. I've used it when I have heart and circulatory issues and it always seems to help. I've never heard Dr. Berg talk about it - I wish he would address as well. Thanks.
