I just started my WFPB journey! 🥰 I’ve been struggling with illness all my life and after 8 months trapped in bed again, I picked up biochemistry and started reading nutrition science! It’s been 6 weeks and I have cut my medication in half! Still having days in bed, but I haven’t had one cluster headache attack in 5 weeks! (I think the ginger 🫚 helping a bit too.. I eat a big chunk every morning, and I felt it when you did the shots 🥲) I live alone in the forest with my dogs,and haven’t told anyone about this (I’m Norwegian.. introvert by birth 🤪) I really really LOVE your channel! No bull💩 and so down to earth! Great job 👌🥹 And thank you so much for all the inspiration 🥰🙏

@@pbwithjeremy Thank you SO much for answering! ☺️🙏 My mom actually did all my grocery shopping the day after I wrote this, and she stayed for 2 days,mostly because she was so curious about the food! 😃 I originally started reading about this for my father,because he has diabetes (I’m reading Cyrus and Robby’s “Mastering diabetes” now),and never ever thought I would get my mom “onboard”! But she wasn’t just SHOCKED by my health (and I learned to walk again a couple of years ago, so it’s not like she haven’t seen me doing things we never thought I was able to accomplish, but this is a whole other level!) she was genuinely interested in the food! So today she is making one of your recipes for their guests (I don’t know what,yet,but I’m sure I get an update tomorrow 😂) So THANK YOU for everything you do! And about the content,I can’t think of anything other than,- keep up the awesome work,and just “do you”! I really really appreciate you AND your family! 🥰 Have a GREAT weekend,guys! 🙃☀️💚
I did a few juice cleanses in my life, but with all juice I made, mainly mean green juices (kale, ginger, celery, cucumber and ginger) and my longest was 13 days. I also ate only RAW foods for 50 days, both things have made me feel amazing afterwards. Good on you, cleanses are so good for the body. I might think about doing another juice cleanse soon :)
Your videos make me laugh as well as feed me good food, juice and information! Thank you, I'm thinking of doing one myself, I've tried a 2-day but nothing more
I just rewatched this. You did great! Looks hard to not eat solid food for 5 days. I don’t think I could actually get that ginger shot down. With enough commitment and determination, you can do almost anything!
Great job! I have a juicer and do make juices, but it’s more just adding to my overall nutrition. The thought crosses my mind from time to time to try a juice cleans but it scares the poop outta me 😂 but I kinda wanna try it…But kinda not…but kinda do 😂

For a real juice cleanse, you should be consuming at least 4L of juice per day. That is 16 cups. It’s more cost effective to purchase a juicer if you have time.

It's really just a case of mind over matter. Give yourself things to do and keep yourself busy - that's the key.

It helps to do it with a company - but it's also not the cheapest.

I never understood a juice cleanse. Now I do. Your regular diet seems healthy enough. Why not just go back to your regular diet after the holidays?
