    I’ve tracked calories for 14 weeks. Eating 800 - 900 calories a day for 5 days, then around 1500 on the weekend. Under 40g carbs, over 60g protein, OMAD. Clean fasting the rest of the time. Have gone from 210lbs to 170lbs, no longer obese or pre-diabetic. It’s amazing when you tap into how fasting allows your body to access fat storage as energy instead of glycogen.

      It's not the fasting, it's just being in a calorie deficit.

    Right now I’m eating at a calorie defesit doing weights callisthenics and avoiding cards eating eggs once a day after my workout
