OG's in the 90's did the same things to their Civics, like the white side markers and yellow fog lights and of course the wings.

I might be buying one this weekend coming up lol the fog light tint was the obvious one i was going to do i thought about putting LED lights in them but ive never had good luck with LED lights or HID

If the wing is wobbling that means it's working and creating downforce so...that's pretty sick that a car like this can actually get functional downforce from a wing like that

Hey Chris !! U are the reason I picked a sport hatch over the SI. It looks so clean with the mods u did . My question : my 2021 pearl grey is a lease so no spoilers for me . But the stickers and other stuff what would be your opinion on colors and mods that can be removed
Looks great but yeah that wing looks good but it looks like it actually removes downforce.
I like the styling of the wing. It was never meant to be a performance enhancement on my car. It's more of an aesthetic mod on the car.
You can hide that dashcam wire by take off the pillar A trim and tuck the wire behind the airbag.

Looks good! I’m focusing on performance mods first. I got a Ktuner v1.2. Then I got a PRL Cobra intake. Next is down pipe & front pipe. Then I’ll change the look.

Performance mods are a great start. Unfortunately, I still have all my warranties so I'm holding back on getting mine tuned. But I will definitely be getting it done one day 👐

I'd like to get from US 5-button fob, pair it with my Civic and enable somehow Remote engine start. Not sure it is possible on Manual Transmission car.

You should add window visors to yours! It makes it look cooler too. Also, did your come with the LED pocket light under the infotainment screen? Like it lights up when you turn you headlights on so you’re able to see there
I agree. It's a must! As far as the LED pocket light, I couldn't find it on mine. So no, I don't have it.

Do you recommend installing the spoiler yourself or having a mechanic do it? I'm scared to drill into mine lol
Mechanic at the dealership so you have a warranty. I work at a Honda and we had a few dozen people that spent money on the type r spoiler and effed up install and had to buy the parts again and then pay for labor.
Also if the dealer messes up you always can go back to fix it

Great car indeed! I can see a way they can make the rear cam into a dash. But as far as front cam, there are no cameras on the front. Just a bunch of sensors. Hopefully on future cars!

Now that I took at the owners manual. You were right! It's a camera sensor which is used for the honda sensing system. Not sure if we can activate it but I learned something new 🙌

I got lucky when I bought the led bulbs on Amazon when I filmed the headlight installation they only went for 56.94 (includes tax) now they're 69.99

Do you consider putting ducktail wing? I think it looks nice for the non type r model hatch... i also cant get a dash cam since i dont have a garage, im afraid someone could break my car and steal it 😔
Duckbill spoilers are pretty dope. In fact I was considering starting with a duckbill before installing a wing but I wanted the wing more. Lol
As far as dashcams go, there are smaller dashcams in the market that are pretty small and won't be noticeable. There are also ones where you would attach to your rear view mirror.

This isn’t rice. Mostly stock and the mods keep OEM Honda style.

@@Jdmrsxe2 It’s in the style of the Type R Wing, which itself is based on the Mugen wing of previous generations. That’s what I mean by OEM style. “Rice” would be installing some universal Autozone wing or adding taking gold spoked wheels. There’s a difference between modifications and “ricing”.

@@Jdmrsxe2 Feels like you’re projecting some sort of past personal insecurity on to people where there ain’t none. Up until the previous generation Type Rs basically just looked like normal production Civics, but they started making them look kitted out from the factory and left folks looking to mod with few options. We all wanted a proper roof spoiler, but Honda won’t make one that isn’t ass and the Mugen kit for this generation is ugly as hell too. So people take the Type R style because it’s the closest thing to what Mugen used to be. It’s always funny to me when people have these opinions because the guys I know who actually own Type Rs don’t ever care if Type R style pieces go on normal Civics. It’s always people that don’t own them that have these harsh opinions and it seems kinda weird.
