For those wondering, the video starts at the Laird portal, the first surface stop is Sunnybrook Park at Leslie Street (0:22). The line enters the underground portal for Science Center Station at 0:38 and emerges on the other side at Aga Khan Station at 0:55.
    The remaining station timestamps:
    Wynford - 1:06
    Sloane (No Platforms) - 1:28
Holding Track and Crossover - 1:33
    O'Connor - 1:41
    Pharmacy - 1:50
    Hakimi Lebovic - 1:57
    Golden Mile - 2:05
    Birchmount - 2:28
    Ionview (No Platforms) - 2:37
And the line enters the Kennedy portal at 2:42. You think maybe Metrolinx could have at least put some titles at each station? They bothered to put in the words "At-Grade Flyover"

it feels like after 8 years, there's barely been any progress so this isn't too far fetched.

@@codyguy2643 i wouldnt call 11km of tunelling, 19 km of track, 13 station boxes and 12 near-complete stations "barely any progress" but its definitely underwhelming given the period it's been under construction

And FINALLY..............eglinton construction stopped. I’m from Ottawa and we have the same problem here with the LRT being extended to Orleans, Kanata and Barrhaven. But being Toronto traffic is by far worse, and I always head to my cousin’s place, which on all roads, his apartment is on fucking eglinton of course, this is a much worse hassle.

How do you know that Toronto is going to have a light rail system?
One other thing I’m most surprised is Toronto is going to have a light rail system they have a streetcar system!!!!!
I believe Toronto is going to have their first light rail system

@Andrew Chuang Streetcars are a light rail system. All of the Eglinton Crosstown is considered light rail.

By the time this mess is finished, there’ll be no businesses or work for people to travel to. Thanks metrolinx, for making everyone’s life along this line a living hell. Thanks for all the traffic jams caused by this disaster, and for the torn up roads that look like they were carpet bombed. Thanks. It’s already been estimated that the amount of money spent on this failure, will never be recuperated.

As opposed to the effortless smooth flow we had to deal with on Eglinton E. before all this started? Is your memory working right?

Years of bad urban planning giving precedence to road transport have created in large areas of Toronto an absolute urban wasteland. I'd like to attribute this atrocity to Conservative government policies but I'm afraid the Liberals have been equally guilty. Who would want to live in this hellish moonscape area, totally given over to concrete and asphalt, unless they had no other choice? If we're going to survive as a city -- and a species -- we're going to have to find a better way to live.

Conservatives deserve more blame. They seem to be the ones cancelling the transit projects.

You might want to label the cross streets, stations, and direction of the fly-through next time; if you're going to go to the trouble of making and posting the video, it should have some basic user-friendliness built in. Maybe even have a map of the project at the start or end of the clip. Also, labelling the video as "Surface Flyover" is somewhat misleading; most people think of a flyover in the transportation context as a bridge or structure. A "Surface Flyover" is oxymoronic. Perhaps call it a project fly-through or something else that is more clear.
