rhino vs alias which software is better for type suface class A bro
have no experience in (alias). From what I know, alias specializes in (class A), while rhino is all-purpose software it's not fair to compare them, For your question, (alias) has more sophisticated tools for creation of (class A) I think he is better than rhino for this specific task. the strong point of rhino3d is its versatility, almost everything can be done in this software. it is used in all areas. it has an arsenal of tools and commands that allow you to create anything you want. it's like a big workshop. if you have a solid knowledge of the properties of NURBS geometries you can do whatever you want from class A or B or C . The properties of nurbs are the same in all rhino alias Catia icem nx software. maybe you'll need a little more time and effort in rhino since it's not specialized in class a , but that doesn't stop it from doing (class A).
maybe the future version 8 of rhino will have something specific to facilitate class A work.
