shooting bow while skiing very dangerous arrow ricochet off tree and stuck in trail I nearly ran arrow through my leg but split second manuver I straddled arrow!!!

yes it suprised me. But now after the fact it makes perfect sense. Arrows can be diverted as a ricochet quite easily.
