mans just business
I couldn't believe how absolutely dry his response was
@@hellobecky84yeah right fucking clown interrupting your speech with his circus stuff is very drying
Because Andrew was nervous being on national TV
Huberman, a great and humble man.. thank you for all your effort that you put into helping people!
I sleep so much better than I used to after listening to Huberman and his guests. The outdoor light first thing in the morning effect is real. No food within 2 to 3 hours of going to bed too. Good stuff.
Yall need to hear Huberman, his teachings are changing my life, and its good information to have in mind for sure
Oh, the thought of little 5 year old Andrew lecturing his classmates on tropical birds and fish is ADORABLE ❤❤❤❤❤

Andrew has been a gift to my life, and so glad, he is becoming visible to others.
love that Huberman is on Fallon sharing wisdom giving people tools to help with life and health.
Glad to finally see a smart, helpful, and eloquent guest in main-stream media shows - The Huberman Lab has helped me so much for the last 3 years - it can definitely help you too!
My man, so proud of Andrew! Was there, listening his podcast, during covid before 1M subs.
Huge thanks for the work you've done for us Professor. Hands down! Looking for more!
Andrew Huberman has been instrumental in me healing my body and mind. I highly recommend watching his TH-cam videos and listening to his podcast. And he's not bad to look at! :)
*I'm proud of Jimmy for having Andy on. Those of us biology "nerds" have been learning from Huberman for a few years now and in addition to the outstanding science shared by him, he is genuinely a humble and caring person.*
"I've been giving professorial type lectures since I was very young....probably 5,6,7"
"humble"
lmao
I’d loooove to see more content like this in Jimmy’s show! So much valuable information!
I am disabled and have been in constant pain for 33 years. Good sleep is a God send.
By far the best guest Jimmy has EVER had
I think that is the best episode so far with Fallon. Huberman is impressive, what a great man
I LOVE this freaking guy...his casts are so damn interesting and educational and EVERYTHING is based on science and the way he explains it (at least for me) is really easy to understand and utilize.
Thank You for having Andrew on. Hopefully he will have an impact on all those who are wide awake during the late evening!!!
Huberman's podcasts can be up to two hours long but trust me, the time FLIES it's so interesting!!!
Been following Huberman for 5years❤
So stoked to see Andrew Huberman on this show!! The work he’s doing is a game changer 👏✨
Andrew Huberman is a boss. Massive respect to Professor Huberman.
Dr. Andrew Huberman's pioneering neuroscience research has transformed our understanding of brain function and health. Jimmy Fallon's feature of Dr. Huberman's work on his show bridges the gap between academic research and public awareness, emphasizing the media's role in educating audiences about neuroscience and mental health.
I love his podcast. He is amazing! I love his work and his story and I have learned incredibly impactful things from listening to him! 👏👏👏
Neuroscientists are just the coolest people
Yeah except when they work for google, apple, microsoft, etc. They're the reasons we're addicted to social media and smartphones.
@@blurgle9185 with great powers comes great responsibility
@@Sebbir A platitude from comic-book superhero to counter the dangers of this science. Inspiring.
I don't think its all bad, but so far I'm not very romantic about the science and where its going. Some skepticism is healthy when it comes to a science this potentially harmful.
@@blurgle9185 it was meant more as a joke than a counter. I totally see where you are coming from mate
@@blurgle9185 this "platitude" is actually an incredibly important idea tho. if the people in power actually internalized it, maybe they'd think twice about messing up kids' brains (but money speaks, and such). i think the quote should be plastered on every wall in these guys' offices, honestly.
yes - Love the intro when he lays it all - You can tell the passion he has about it from how he talks about it
more guests like this please!!
Love this Guy Andrew hubermann! He’s helped me and my family & friends, clients since he started back in 2020/21 xx
Dr. Huberman has great information about cold plunging and its benefits.
There's 0 fact based scientific evidence to cold plunging
Now this is a guest that should be the pinnacle of talk shows. I know Tonight show is more about enterainment, but Andrew Huberman's podcast is what internet should be in the first place - accessible, concise, science based knowledge applicable to everyday life.
Well done Mr. Fallon, you nailed it bringing Andrew on.
Love this man and his brilliance. His success is very well deserved!
I've been following Andrew forever! So happy to see he's reaching more folks via FALLON! 💫
Andrew Huberman forever! ....and with this interview I have now finally decided to subscribe to Jimmy Fallon. Please Have Dr. Huberman on again. He is exceptional and a true gift to humankind.
Andrew is changing the world in the way we understand neurology in a way that everybody can understand. Absolutely love him.
The authenticity of Prof. Huberman's cause shows through the consistent messages he delivers, regardless of the medium of communication. 🙌🏻👍🏻
Andrew Huberman's demonstration of stress-relief breathing techniques on The Tonight Show is super practical and insightful! He breaks down the science behind how specific breathing exercises can reduce stress by calming the nervous system. I love how he emphasizes the power of slow, deliberate exhalations, which tap into the parasympathetic system, helping us feel more relaxed. It’s a great reminder that something as simple as breathing can be a powerful tool for managing stress and improving focus. Huberman makes neuroscience easy to apply in daily life-definitely worth incorporating into a routine!
I came here expecting the comments to be filled with vitriol as usual and instead was delighted to find so many people celebrating Andrew. Truly inspired.
My brother we need the 5 girlfriend STD protocol from Andrew stat. Let’s goooo!!! And no, he’s not into you - he clearly likes women. Lots of them. GYAT
I am so happy Dr. Huberman was on your show Jimmy! I, too, have been watching him for so many years! I am obsessed with his podcasts! He and his guests have helped me overcome and deal with so many health issues of my own. I am forever grateful to him and his work.
We are so grateful to have you Dr. Huberman

Giving gentle warts to people is humility?? Lool you incels will eat anything up
I ❤️love love this man! He is brilliant!!
People like Huberman are the real stars in the world. His little tip about morning sunshine has help my days.
He does Namaste in end 🎉🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
He’s beyond the number one podcast! This man saved my life and thanks to the help of his various portfolio, has saved my life! I was suicidal and desperate for answers in 2021, so as the Bible verse says, knock and the door shall open! I looked for remedies for severe depression and anxiety (I tried therapy for 7 months and I didn’t do anything for me) Once I ran into his podcast and IMPLEMENTED various advised protocols, due to the various studies he cited, I am now drug free, alcohol free, I have a 6figure job with a side business and I’m about to start school! Thanks you Dr. Huberman for all the species enhancing work that you and your colleges do! 💕 You’ll be my professor soon!
Also, can someone start a go fund me page for Andrew and his colleges? I don’t want to wait for the “government” to do the right thing and fund studies that ACTUALLY help mankind.
Also, I’m kind of disappointed that he didn’t grab the mic and warn everyone of the adverse reactions of it.
Love that finally the people I looked up to for a long time get a public space in these kind of programs. It’s great !
Two of my favorite men ever next to each other. The contrast is hilarious
Oh dear
Omg i love and appreciate that man so much
More guests like him! This guy is awesome
Love this man… I have learned so much listening to him…
Jimmy's people at legacy media trying to break into the non-mainstream media space with this guest! This makes me happy to see. Very different feel than regular programming
The best man to be born on this world ❤
This is the kind of guest we all want, instead of celebrities that are not interesting.
If you're reading this you should REALLY like this video and comment.
Lets creators know we want more of these knowledgeable educators in the mainstream media!!
I don't usually do this but Huberman deserves it!
Jimmy is nervous like a schoolboy in front of class 😂
They both are!!! It’s cute 😊 😂😅
You got him😂😂😂
Andrew probably took him out of his show-bizz comfort zone. Kudos to him/his team for inviting AH!
Love Andrew's work and passion he puts into what he does and shares.
Well deserved!, this man has helped me gain clarity in ways I wouldn’t have known without him 🙏🏽
