I ask this because in many of your videos you talk about connecting businesses to their local market. It makes me feel like I also need to work in my own community since I would know it the best. The problem is that they are very cheap. Is it ok if I try implement these messages of yours in the United States?
Apart from improving local SEO, advanced SEO, google business profile fix, social media posting/pages stretegy - What other marketing stretegies/tools do you use to increase clients revenue? Because if you are charging a client $350-500/month in marketing budget, surely they'd want to know what you have spent that on and how do you calculate the ROI on that investment?

My question is: do you think it’s better for me to start the agency here in Algeria first, then join Blue Theory once I move to Germany? Or should I wait until I arrive in Germany and start the agency there directly with Blue Theory? Currently, I don’t have the financial means to join the Blue Theory program while I’m in Algeria. However, once I’m in Germany, I’ll be able to cover the costs and plan to also start working as a programmer.
I know people would love the proposal but I think just before and after would make many happy. If you posted a live website before and after your changes you could explain the difference directly on the landing page and your future clients could even use it.
I think when clients know how much technical things are hard for many people they will be willing to pay for a web designer or web developer to just set up the Website for them and take care of everthing related to SEO for Google search engine ranking and bring traffic to their websites according to keyword research.
When applied to the UK, what price range would you say this is effective at? Taking in to condensation not just exchange rate but the economy, costs and overall attitude towards services? £3000-£5000? What about when done fully remotely and not doing face to face meetings? £2000-£4000?
