    I'm feeling this! I'm ready to stop being so damn stubborn and pick a niche! I also felt the first time I saw a DoubleStack ad, "Lee's talking to me!" and it's why I joined. I made a very marked improvement in my annual revenue because of the teachings but I find myself falling backward and doing the old I'll take anybody type thing and I just shouldn't. I need to niche and market directly to that niche. Let's Go!

    Unfortunately for most Web designers/devs, those figures are not even posible. The hardest part of all is getting steady sales month to month. Thats hard and also clients have the misconception that website should be cheap because we have Ai and Drag and Drop builders, because they never see the back end work.

      I agree with what you're saying except for one thing. It's not that "most web designers" can't achieve these results. The problem is the outdated web design business model. Unfortunately, most web designers are stuck in the outdated business model. So, when you say, "Unfortunately for most Web designers/devs, those figures are not even posible." I agree, but only so far as most web designers don't have a business model that can scale. But, you can take those same skills and update to the DoubleStack business model then you can see massive results. It's not unheard of to more than triple your revenue. Dave, in this video, started at about $50k/year. It's the same Dave with the same skills, but one year later he has more than tripled his revenue. What's the difference? He got rid of the old-school web design business model and started using the DoubleStack method.

    Absolutely beautiful story about Dave's testimony and his rise to success, courtesy of Lee Blue. It's truely amazing what we web designers are capable of achieving.

    Great info! (Actually, great info on ALL of your videos, not just this one!) Your guest mentioned a software that shows circles in red, yellow, or green to show a client how well their Google Maps listings are working. I know that many people are strongly visual-based, so I'd be interested in knowing the name of the software he uses for this, as well as any similar software you know about. Thanks, and keep up the great videos!

    This is great! I wish you guys went into more detail about what the practical work of that strategy is. What is that process to get those businesses on the front page of their map search?

      He intentionally didn't go into it. TH-cam or Google, Google map pak or Google map seo search strategy.

    I know you really push WordPress as the go to website builder… I learned how to use square space to build websites. Will I still be able to use your double stack marketing course? To find clients willing to pay $10,000 if I building sites with square space? Or do I have to take additional time and learn WordPress in addition?? I look forward to your answer to these questions thank you in advance …Steve

      Feel free to use any tools you prefer. However, if you encounter clients with existing websites, they are likely to be using Wordpress, as it is the most popular platform. Whether you should learn Wordpress depends on the type of clients you will be working with and their specific requirements.

    Hi Lee, do you think this will work for someone who is in Mexico, using VAs? I am not fluent in English, do you have clients in your program who have been able to land USA clients while they being in another country?

      @DoubleStack  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I work with people all over the world. Your location doesn't concern me. But, I do think you need to speak the same language as your clients. That seems like a major hurdle to me.

    How do you get around being the guy who does logos, photos, videos and social media? I am a single person and this is an obstacle. Yes, I have only worked with a few clients, but have wondered how to not cover everything.

    Hi
    Suppose I am new to the Business and I need to generate 2-3K per month and I want to generate sales through cold calling as I know only that.
    How much calls a day you would suggest I order to achieve my target.
    Also what is the minimum I should charge for a 5 Page basic website. 😊
    Please answer 😊

    • @thebenkalungi

      Be open to using multiple strategies to approach clients... Cold calls are great but many people are doing them already. Could you come up with a better strategy?
