Shouldn't you be putting you wiring junctions in an accessible electrical box? I'm refering to the ones in the ceiling. Just in case somehow they become loose later on. 😊
Some words of wisdom, before you cover everything up, take detailed photos of each "frame" of the boat so you or who ever buys the boat in the future has info as to where the wiring runs. It’s a great reference for the future in case you need to run a fastener into the walls. I did this for all plumbing, electrical and in floor heating system. It will save you from a costly headache in the future.

I wouldn't bother, Some of the reviews are not that good specially with items missing. But I have noticed there are a few narrow boat vlogs that are promoting them.
You want to go all electric with solar etc.
Might be a good idea to do some EMF and dirty electricity measurements/readings.
Solar panel energy on a house produces very concerning measurements of dirty electricity, this type of electricity isn't healthy, although you can get grounding mats.

James your know rather than running both - & + on every run for every light you can put one black negative and just run your numbered red positive wire don't you.
Running a black negative every light is overkill and creating unnecessary work for yourself.
One negative with a copper break out block or linked chocolate block at far end.
It's chuh-powt-lay. Go careful with the cables coming in from the side to the wall lights, wall lights generally have their fixing in the horizontal plane to accommodate the fact that the cables nearly always come from above. Another great vid. Thanks.
