Martin, I have a Makita like yours. The outer retainer nut that holds the grinding wheel does wear out. The spanner tool may break the pins. You can remove that retainer still. Push in the lock that holds the spindle. Use a punch & hammer to gently engage the pin hole and tap. They come right off. The outer retainer and spanners are sold where the brands are. Also, Makita sells a spacer for the spindle. You can install this and use 5/8" or 3/4" grinding stones. This adds the benefit of a wider selection and to stock up when a particular size is on sale. What a strong, fit and kind parents you have!
I love when your parents come for a visit. They remind me of mine who at their age still work around the homestead. God keep all of our parents strong❤
I love it when your parents visit! Love the prayers. Family is important. Nice scenes!
The work looks hard yet rewarding. Good planning and future plans.
Thank you!
❤ to you and your parents
The sound of rain, fog, and light cool breezes makes me feel happy, romantic, and calm. It also makes me feel hungry...
I loved your Father's prayer. Thank you for not editing it out. It truly blesses God! Thanks 😊
Agreed!
Sundays really are the best. Great to see the Land Rover has a new shelter, and the view above the clouds with the Drone was awesome. Great work as always
You're really a blessed man to be brought up as a Christian. My heart rejoices every time I hear your Father pray 🙏
You’re the da Vinci of reimagining what was and what will be-I look forward each week seeing your progress-perfection in the details!
Well said. A monument to the Mountain view.
Surge of an energy in this episode. Maybe the time of year, transition of seasons. Maybe the visit, a merge of lives.
Rolling ocean of clouds! = yes epic; i've never seen anything like it, rare footage!
Again the psychological space.
I know Martijn cherishes those moments with his parents❤ They are just doing each other thing.
Good idea Martijn making a cover for your 88. It will reward you by not rusting as bad.
There is nothing like our own labour of blood, sweat, tears, and many prayers in bringing our homes to life but, when our family willingly and lovingly invests their own, the home is rock solid and the love is immeasurable❤️
Amen
Dittos on the family and prayer. The salt and light of the Gospel is refreshing.
So good to see your parents visiting again. Lots of cloudy, rainy weather. Beautiful drone photography.
Praying together as a family before a meal is so awesome to see.
Yay mom and dad. I am one of those construction parents at 74 helping my son on his 80 year old log cabin.
Loved the rainy intro...Of all the many Vloggers I watch, yours's is by far the premium one. I love the development of the many jobs you have on the go, from plans to completion. I also love the little clips, simply cooking or making coffee. The tending of the chickens my favourite. You are the BEST!
bro, you always make your visitors do work. You saved a lot of money on labor costs.😀
FREE LABOR, no matter the source. Dangerous place for old folks.
I love your skylight in your kitchen ,the falling leaves brings the season right into your home
7°C is freezing!!! You are a Brave soul!!! I would be snuggled up on your sofa, and have parents in the lower part of the cabin!!!
The clouds were SO BEAUTIFUL at the beginning of the video and Love the piano music at the end! Did your parents like you new truck?!!! Take care Martijn, AND STAY WARM😃❤️
What a view, looking at the clouds from above! You are blessed with the parents you have, Martjin. So nice to see the enjoyment of family. I still can't get over how perfect that vintage car fits you! ❤️
I was fortunate enough to live in the Netherlands for almost 7 years, The Dutch people are very nice and straight forward ❤..... I miss those days .... This is one of your best cinematography videos I feel...❤❤❤
Thank you so much for sharing!!
You are blessed indeed, Martijn. May God continue to bless you. 🙏🏻
I love your parents! I am so grateful for their open faith. It is great to see,
It is so good to see your family. ❤ Great episode as usual. Thank you for another calm afternoon with you.
I feel like a cowboy with my tools swinging about in my tool belt, walking with half my workshop hanging off me. 😅
Thank you for sharing your parent's visit with us, they're such lovely people... it's no wonder you're a kind, gentle soul.
The apple didn't fall far from the tree. Cheers ☕
"Give us this day our daily bread...." You made bread! Your Dad's prayer says so much about the strength of your family. Everyone has a chore, even the chickens (eggs) and the goats keeping the greenery trimmed. Love the cycle of life. Thanks for sharing again.
Have been following for about a year now and always look forward to Sundays. Beautiful episode and I greatly admire your elegance and vision . I am not surprised you are so popular 😃
WOW! Those cloud top shots are breathtaking!
Thank you for sharing your fathers prayer. It was beautiful and filled my heart and joy with joyful feelings.
Looking at you with your parents helping to build your home and seeing everyone giving a hand at what they’re best at brings us back 75 years in time. Then living in gratitude. You are a lucky man to have so much love around you. Bless you and your family and friends. 🙏
Thanks again Martijn for a wonderful video - the Bread made me hungry - you don't. Seem to measure the ingredients - yeast, water, flour and salt and it looked perfect - the sound was perfect all we need now is the smell while baking. Have a good time with your parent and a good week. Loved your dad's prayer - lovely 💝
Martijn..you are truly blessed with having a loving and supportive family!❤🙏 Marvelous progress again last week! God Bless you and yours!
When I was in old town Bergamo week before last, I noticed the stone roadways, sidewalks, and street corners and instantly thought about all the stones at your homestead. You have enough stones to pave your driveway tiretracks and the road, too! What a great resource. Thank you for sharing your interesting and exceptional videos!
Yay! I stayed up for this. Every Sunday night, we anxiously wait for the latest episode. We get transported from our tiny island of Guam to the Italian alps. Wish we could personally be there to join others who occasionally come to help, eat dinner under the stars, and enjoy the changing season.
Buona settimana e buon lavoro.💪🍀🍀🍀🍀🌈
7:12 Beautiful Monviso rising above all other mountains... Happy memories.
"Il postino"! Love that film and will watch it again...what a good idea with the rain on the roof to just do a cinema evening at home ☺🥰
Thank you, I was hoping someone would name the film xx
@@jenh9252 Haha me too! Just looked miles down the comments hoping someone would have named it 😂
Your parents seem to be very family oriented and have wonderful qualities. I miss mine. Lost them way too soon. Treasure them.
I was just about to go to bed here in Australia then I got the new video notification. Sleep will have to wait 😊
It’s good to see your parents again and to hear the beautiful blessing he gave for your visit together I enjoy the green forest of course the chickens
I'm 75and occasionally ponder how good shape I feel when doing a goods days work. I often feel and have thoughts that staying in shape happens in 5 year cycles with me and am gratefull that I can share that information at this time in my life.and feel the next 10 years will be easier before my time is up when ever that is? Happy to share my thoughts on the matter and be here with you all....Blessings
