Dude, did you even watch Baker on Sunday Night? Sterling Shepard killed two drives by himself dropping wide open passes and his pick as an absolute dot to the end zone that his receiver didn’t even fight for. Tampa has a lot of problems but saying Baker is quarter to quarter after that performance is crazy.
I wouldn't say DK Metcalf is soft, but he doesn't play in a way that befits his size and #1 WR status. Plays with an extreme lack of refinement. Oh it’s Tuesday!! I think Marcus is slowly working his way to the consensus view on Kyler Murray which is that he is a franchise QB, but a tier 3 franchise QB, in that like 12 or13 to18 or 19 range. Hes fine, but over the course of a season he cannot really elevate a team like the Josh Allen is elevating the Bills offense which has a mid tier O-Line and mid-tier weapons (and before the trade for Cooper they were slightly below average with their weapons). For the year Kyler Murray's PFF grade is 77.7 which is 15th best amongst QB's) which I think captures that tier 3 really well with him being a mere .3 points behind Russell Wilson (78.0) and .6 behind both Aaron Rodgers (78.3) and Baker Mayfield (78.3) (CJ Stroud is 11th at 80.0). I feel like Murray is incredible running or outside the pocket, but his height will likely always make him kinda of meh inside the pocket. I think Bryce Young is showing some promise, but ultimately he'll have the same problem with his height in the pocket limiting him to tier 3.
Merry Christmas, Marcus. I hope everything goes well with the move, but also , you know just cursed the Chargers and they will lose one their last 2 games and miss the playoffs 😂

This year's chiefs team almost reminds me of the 2022 vikings team where you're just thinking " how long can they get away with this?" I swear if they squeak their way to the superbowl I'm gonna freak out
I still maintain the chiefs are pretty much a playoff caliber team that's gotten all the bounces, but that aside, this is your best power rankings all year imo. Really good list

The more I see of Kyler Murray I've grown less impressed. He is, in my opinion, the NFL equivalent of MLB player Javier Baez when Baez healthy. He is either spectacular or so so. Baez would hit a long homer or make a great defensive play and everyone would say "wow". But he strikes out 40% of the time therefore never runners along or any of that good stuff. Thats Kyler. Half of the season is always so what.

To answer the playoff question with Washington, they own the tiebreakers with the West teams. They either need to win one game, or either Tampa or Atlanta loses a game. They can win the division if they win all their games and the Eagles lose their remaining. They also have the tiebreaker with Green Bay.

Regarding your comment about Bills, Ravens, Texans fans etc not wanting the Bengals in the playoffs, I have to say that as a Ravens fan I disagree. I want the Bengals in the playoffs as the 7 seed, because they might be able to beat Buffalo in the first round matchup, which would mean we avoid the BIlls, and get a second home game in the Divisional round
To me Bryce Young is projecting as like a tier 3 franchise QB (Jalen Hurts, Kyler Murray, Tua, Cousins (before the injury), Purdy). That is not set in stone, he could end up better or worse. But earlier this year I was completely out on Bryce Young, it took about four solid games before I started believing in him again. Can’t wait to see what happens with Minnesota and Green Bay after the Vikes just swept 🧹 the Packers. Can’t just keep them at #5 and #7 after that one 😂
So Commanders get moved up only 1 spot for beating your current number 1 team but the Eagles lost to them and got moved up 2? Something isn't lining up.
I remember when you had no doubt the NYJ would be better than the Bills this year and the Bills would be THIRD in their own division and not make the playoffs!!!
Across major power ranking sites, they have the highest variation (sd 3.2) of any team with rankings anywhere from 11 (CBS) to 19 (Sports Illustrated). This is right in line with that. They are just so inconsistent, idek how anyone could rank them.
The Steelers had Pickens back against the Chiefs and look what happened. Yes it's the Chiefs, but I was laughing all week with people treating Pickens like he was Megatron. Like him playing was going to be the X factor difference maker. In my opinion, although they are in the right spot, the Steelers will be playoff PRETENDERS like they always have been. Wild Card exit.
Pickett just kept causing drives to end quickly, so the commies had the ball a lot which didnt really give the defense a chance to rest. Literally went 3 of 16 on third downs.
So eagles lose to the commanders cause of injuries. Strange, that looked like a healthy defence they had. But sure they deserve to be above the team that literally lost 4 pts to the second highest scoring offence and they're plummeting ig. Eagles abive even the bills? 😂 this list is scratched. Eagles had 5 takeaways and still gave up 33 pts
"Strange, that looked like a healthy defence they had" How is missing 1/3 of your defensive starters a "healthy defence"??? Bills barely even beat the Pats and the Lions have so many long-term injuries.
I just dont get how the commanders win against his "number 1" team the eagles (still top 4 tho IMO) and only get moved up 1 spot as opposed to the Eagles losing and getting moved up 2. Im not doubting that Philly is good but when you lose like that and look as bad as you did that game in the 4th quarter and end up losing, you at least deserve to go down a spot for that. Go commanders
Eagles fans have been saying how they’ll beat us easily in the playoffs, in the 5 quarters we’ve played vs him 2 have been bad 3 have good, we had 5 turnovers and still one. If the Washington offense plays decently and the defense doesn’t completely collapse it’ll be a good (and close) game
1st game in Philly score was 26-10 until you scored a garbage time TD with 30 seconds left. Talk about “good and bad quarters” all you want man, I don’t see you guys winning if Hurts is playing. Daniels was amazing on that last drive but he had so many chances before that and he blew it. if you turnover the ball that many times with Hurts playing I doubt he doesn’t capitalize with points or ATLEAST drain the clock. That’s what philly does they keep Time of possession
@ I don’t think we’ll win, but I’ve seen a few Philly fans say they’ll beat us by 30, and in the first game it was 10-6 in our favour going into the 4th. My point is it’ll be a closer game than most Philly fans expect
@@Keller_D The score in the first game was 10-6 Commanders leading going into the 4th quarter. With about 8:30 to go, the Commanders passed on a like a 49 yard field goal that if they hit would have put them up 13-12 to go for it on fourth and two. They didn't convert on 4th and 2 partly because they had a bad snap, Philly had a nice TD drive to go up 19-10 and then on the first pass of the subsequent possession Jayden threw a pick that gave Philly a short field and Saquan hit a like a 30 yard td run a few plays later to go up 26-10. So yeah it was 26-10 until Washington scored in garbage time but it was a competitive game in the fourth quarter. Philly was the better team and dominated the fourth quarter scoring TD's on all three of its fourth quarter possessions (minus the kneeling out the clock after the failed onside kick), but first three quarters were competitive.
Packers dominant? They ran over two teams that couldn't stop the run - Seahawks and Saints. Before than they couldn't dominate the Bears or the Lions practice squad D. By next week they might look like they belong in the middle of the Playoff calibre tier.
@@Cheesehead2025 The Packers should have that beaten that Lions practice squad by two scores. Embarrassing to be stymied by them until it was too late.

If Joe Burrow isn't in the post-season, the playoffs will be the poorer for it.
Definitely but the bengals defense should’ve been better, can’t reward a team for sucking
Can’t wait to see what happens with Minnesota and Green Bay after the Vikes just swept 🧹 the Packers.
Can’t just keep them at #5 and #7 after that one 😂
Yes power ranking . You were missed .
But I can’t get over getting over you.
Would you rather have Lamar or Josh Allen as your qb. Who do you have ranked higher out of Joe Lamar and Josh?
As a ravens fan this hurts to say but I’d honestly take burrow. Lamar and Allan are phenomenal talents but burrow just has that clutch factor imo.
Dude where tf ru
So Commanders get moved up only 1 spot for beating your current number 1 team but the Eagles lost to them and got moved up 2? Something isn't lining up.
He literally explains it just try watching the video for once
I remember when you had no doubt the NYJ would be better than the Bills this year and the Bills would be THIRD in their own division and not make the playoffs!!!
Brother I gotta know how your life is going. How is the wife 🙏
Things are great!!! Thanks for asking!
Bucs are kinda low
They looked TERRIBLE
Bruh Jayden scored 36 on that defense😂
Jalen hurts or not that’s a crazy performance
Pickett just kept causing drives to end quickly, so the commies had the ball a lot which didnt really give the defense a chance to rest. Literally went 3 of 16 on third downs.
🦅🦅
Eagles at 1 after that defensive performance in the 4th is crazy
REJOICEEEEEE
KC should be number one.
L take
1st game in Philly score was 26-10 until you scored a garbage time TD with 30 seconds left.
The Packers would have beaten the lions if not for a penalty that erased a TD pass
@@Cheesehead2025 The Packers should have that beaten that Lions practice squad by two scores. Embarrassing to be stymied by them until it was too late.
Hey remember when you said the Rams overpaid to get Braden fiske? And called it the worst move in the draft just wondering if your going to address this ? 😮😂😂 so called draft analyst 🙄
No way Eagles are #1, gtfoh. Also have KC record wrong.
I was not expecting to be #1 but that Washington game was really flukey we had injuries on defense as well as Jalen’s injury but GO BIRDS💚🦅🦅🦅🦅
Excited to see the Bills jump to the clear cut #1 favorite and no one else show up and what a tough gritty win against one of the worst teams in the NFL while the Chiefs drop 45 spots because they didn’t win by 30 points against a playoff team. In fact it’s so bad he can’t even get their record correctly
Eagles defense is terrible and jumps up spots and loses lol
Chiefs are clowns, just like KC fans. The delusion runs deep and it’s going to make it extra sweet 🎉🎉🎉
