  • Receiving an oil change at a manufacturer certified service center has key advantages to maintaining your high-performance vehicle. While cost and service time are increased, we provide first-class quality, expertise, and additional services that clearly distinguish our premier level service experiences from a typical “oil change” job at a quick lube establishment. At Park Place Porsche, we employ certified technicians who perform the routine services, such as your oil change, to ensure the entire process is completed to meet both manufacturer and Park Place standards of quality.

Hi guys! I drive a Porsche Cayenne 3.0 diessel 2015. I have a problem when the weather is cold. A cold start during ignition raises the idle speed to 930 rpm and does not lower in any way. Only after 3-4 minutes I have to turn off the car and start it again in order for the engine to return to idle speed, of 700 rpm. The car goes perfectly and has covered mileage of 140,000 km. There is no fault codes detected in the diagnostics.

Good luck selling when the time comes. You just depreciate your car by doing that

X i don't agree. Most people changing their own oil take good care of their vehicles. Dealership staff no matter how great they are its just their job and its not their car.

I get its a Porsche, and I love my diesel Cayenne! But, no matter what you should NOT CHARGE people $280 to change the oil at the dealership. I do not understand why Porsche allows diesels to be that high. I passed a FORD sign the other day and it say ALL FORD DIESEL trucks is $100 for oil changes. For gods sake, if they can do it, so should you??????
You want us to buy Porsche which we do, some of us ( 3 ) Porsche's now but its just mind boggling! Shame on Porsche for allowing dealerships to charge that much - and I have changed my oil in my Cayenne and it didn't take me an hour. Stop inflating the clock and bending your customers over a barrel.

My Dealer wanted $350 for the oil change service. For me to buy the oil & Filter(+ seals) it would be about $70 - $75. After the first oil change was done at the dealer (for free), I have taken to a local shop that does it for about $120. I was going to start doing it my self, but for $120 I'll let the local shop do it. If the Porsche dealer charged around $150 I would have them do it, but not for $350. It's enough that the vehicles cost a premium, do you need to kill people on the service too. If people weren't so worried about the high maintenance cost the brands would sell a lot more vehicles.

Yes, but your resell price will be much lower. I wont buy a Porsche without a full servicebook from Porsche.

Who buys a Porsche and then has the economy mindset? IF you did, you shouldn't get a Porsche, because if you think the oil change is expensive, just wait...
