excellent video... I made one but using a microwave transformer with 4 turns of 4 mm cable and the gun with a 2 meter long bicycle rod... on the gun I installed an LED and on the same tin soldering gun I installed a single micro switch with two relays in the microwave transformer to turn it on and off... the amperage generated by the microwave transformers is an amperage animal. 🤓
This is extremely informative for me, but I would like to point out that it may have been a good idea to put a non conductive spacer between the two copper connectors.
thank u so much at first ... but i have question can we use transformer of adaptors which convert from 220v ac to 6-12 v dc like that is used for electrical muscle stimulation devices or like that is used for router devices..... and how many wires must be used for it .... thanks again and i hope to answer me
Manpreet Singh a transformer's power output depends on the secondary. Small gauge but large turns would mean max voltages but average amps of around 1-4(depending on output circuit), but high gauge low turns mean that electrons in secondary move slower but have more current. Look it up. Q.E : smaller gauges but more turns can either mean more ouput or less
pushvinder 's creations quadcopters usually operate on 3.7 v lipos (1s) but if it's a bigger more powerful toy grade it would be 7.4 v lipos (2s). You can also check the motor, motors that are coreless almost always run on (1s) lipos. But if it's bigger than a 8.5mm coreless motor and is shaped more like a 350 class motor (not fully cylindrical has parallel sides and curves on each side) then it most likely runs on (2s). So if his quadcopter used cylindrical motors you know what to do.
pushvinder 's creations you should use 7.4v if your board can handle the voltage. usually n20 motors are found in quadcopters like the tarantula x6 which power using a 7.4v lipo. If this was helpful leave a subscribe on my page
man this thing is so fast ! gonna try this but im gonna use a smaller one. i think i have 2 or 1 A transformer lying around but through that great video :D
Boa noite amigo perfeito adorei esta forma de soldador vc está de parabéns eu até tenho mais esta tectônica de várias faretinhas de cobre é ótimo é top
best soldering Iron , 2-3 Melting time , No expensive cost of Tip changing no need for other bullshits for maintenance , only Soldering and Wire.Go for it

My best and No.1 Channel in the world.i like this channel too much.
Look like Thor hammer anyways I love it 😍😍😍

Wow greatz😘😘😘
Your are a super man
this is best soldering iron and even easy to use for beginners.
Nice nice very nice..........
IDOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
#1000LIKE
Beautiful, I love it, the idea and all.
good I like the video
@ 3:48 Holy Shit , I've never thought of using a bench vice and an electric drill to straighten wire before , that's a brilliant idea !
Yeah i will be using that method 4 sure
osm....bro.......
Excellent video as always. Keep the nice work up.
great video
My friend .. Your channel it is the .''Best''.
Simples,eficiente sem mágica ou malabarismos

one very good idea...thanks for sharing..regards.
good job
Nice bro !👌👍
bravo men....so am make like deth
this time you wrote correcty "i am",nice man just keep doing stuff like this i love you❤
Superrrrrr amazing
very fast heating nice
Nice mate👏🔥👍
Thats really cool man!
Much better than HOT soldering iron.
Please make your project with cheap and easily available things and your project are so amazing love you
Good job
good creation
O melhor invento que assisti brother .parabéns VC e espetacular! !☺
excelente he visto todos tus vídeos magníficos
amigo que
pasa si no pongo la fibra?
really Great work
Cool protect
Mod idea: put the heavy transformer in a separate box so you don't have to hold it while soldering.
I'm subscriber in this Chanel, this is a good show
awesome bhai
nice...work
Bro this is so cooooool
Nice..... Bro
amazing project. but primery not broken? because secondary is same short circuite
very good
It is awesome...bro!!!
Nice Bro osm
Thnx for this..i needed one..i guess now i can make one for myself 😍
Mr. Experiment i see you everywhere 😁
50k subs with no video challenge me too 😂
50k subs with no video challenge youtube is my home 🏡
Amazing Art lol
+50k subs with no video challenge lol If you see him everywhere then you are also everywhere XD
Wowow! He modified the transformer to obtain high current at a low voltage. From where do you get these awesome ideas?

Yeah because more area of cross section means more current
Creative channel you make a small power bank pls im a kid 12 years old i make rc truck and boat and i like your video im a filipino mindanao
he already did
I make RC planes! In your face!
Luzminda delos Santos good
Bro nice video and please tell me how much volt battery has in your quadcopter video with plastic box liked it also please tell me

+MannyGotlBand z but bro I have standard n20 motors so I should use 3.7v or 7.4 v battery
+MannyGotlBand z tell me please

+MannyGotlBand z thanx very much bro I was seen very information but I didn't get but now you have solved my problem
man this thing is so fast ! gonna try this but im gonna use a smaller one. i think i have 2 or 1 A transformer lying around but through that great video :D
Thanks to this video
wow nice
I like lt very mach
good idea
great work brother ..
super boss
Awesome !
very impressive :)
Hello!, I wanted to ask if you could make a video where you must your "laboratory". I would like to see what you have, thank you , I really care
When he holds this SI, his arm will be like iron man
super itieya nice
very smart.
Boa noite amigo perfeito
adorei esta forma de soldador
vc está de parabéns
eu até tenho mais esta tectônica de várias faretinhas de cobre é ótimo é top
best soldering Iron , 2-3 Melting time , No expensive cost of Tip changing no need for other bullshits for maintenance , only Soldering and Wire.Go for it
j'adore t'est vidéos continue
awesome thanks for this idea
me gusto el video
Thanks bro i have make this_ its working good and completly safe
بالنسبة لطرف المفتاح الفالت لا بوصل به شئ دائما ولا في حالات يوصل به وبالنسبة للخرج كم اصبح هل 12 فولت ولا بتغير بعد الصنع
وشكرا لك
Secondary winding short when swatch on 🙌👌
It is heavy to holding for a long time
12V 5A is almost 300-500grms
The attempt was good
Nice But After use sometime your hand maybe pain. because its weight around 1kg. you can modify this iron and the put the transformer Another place.
This is a great video! What is the tool you used to straighten up the wires at 3:45?
just a clamp to hold the wires secure, and a drill with a concave connector.
il like this process of making soldering iron
Really, really well done!
EL ANGELITO mira esto!!
جميل جدا افكار رائعة
thanks for the great Idea but can I use a 10v 1.5A to make one???
Super video.Give me powerful soldering:)
after watching the way he connects his wires ,i can see why he,s making himself a soldering iron lol :D
amazing man...
Awesome project, I like that you save your old broken stuff for projects:)
fantastic
تسلم أيدك
good job bro !!!
👌🏼👌👌
you is the best
We have to put remove output ya input connection Ko nikal na hai
This is good, im sick of my lousy 40watt soldering iron as well...how many watts is that monster using? 1500watt?
fidel catsro haha defenetly not 1500 W for sure.. Its probably around 100W.
hello sir ji I am Vikram Gunpal app ka har video like karta hu lm 317 power supply ka video baje
नाइस यार
oh my god, fantastic
will we get a shock if we touch the connectors
Can we use 9v 1Amp transformer to make the above soldering gun.
Surya Patnaik thats not enough powerful
Which coil you remove ac ...or DC...
good info!
can you please also tell which solder you used there???
friendly greetings from The Netherlands
Rob.
very nice
what size terminal blocks are you using? do they have a current rating?
Whats the output ratings? let the multi-meter probe be on the output, must be like crazy voltage...
Mukesh Pandya not really, kinda low voltage and high current.
Mukesh Pandya More like Crazy Current!!
You make this again?
How about the old? Blue and green? :D
*Thanks For Your All Video* :)
I was very happy when I see this video but can we made this in a TV transformer
Where do you connect your thick copper wire ??? I am asking this because my own is not working poss reply fast
