This was big around 93. I Remember clearly because it was my freshman year at school and one of my guys was a white guy with a shaved head who liked hip hop. A whole lot of people were totally into this, especially one girl with a mischievous streak.

Anyway, House of Pain was just a fun hip hop group who represented us Irish Americans. "Top O' the Mornin to Ya" and "Put Your Head Out" feat Cypress Hill are good tracks too
They weren't Irish and they weren't from Boston. They were out of New York if I remember correctly... The whole Irish/Boston thing was just a gimmick. Also, there's a heavy metal version of this song. I don't care much for it, but it's worth checking out.
