Incredibly hard to select just one favorite Kaiju. Each of them had their own screen presence as well as charm. Kiryu was pretty cool. Loved the whole internal struggle that Kiryu itself faced. Almost a morality call on the part of Kaiju; Should it fight and destroy one of it's own kind, or simply allow Gojira to run rampant? A very unique twist on Mecha-G. In a way, the battle between the two was that of a 'Ghost' Gojira (an idea that was tampered with during the early 90's.) and it's living, breathing counterpart.

hi :D you made a little mistake at 2:35 The parts from Mecha-Ghidorah and later from Mechagodzilla was both used from humans. Moguera (Heisei) is human made. The old Moguera from 1957 was alien made but it's not a Godzilla movie. but great video. nice to see some Godzilla stuff here :D
Loved the head spin to reveal the godzilla clone was actually a mecha- as a child that was anhuge twist. super mecha-godzilla is the most feirce enemy of Godizilla abovendestroyah and xghidorah.
Fire Rodan was male. In the original 1956 film "Rodan", there is a male and female. Most or all of the Rodan on screen have been male as far as I know besides it's mate in the original.

My favorite Mecha Godzilla design would be the original one from the showa period. I like the nuts and bolts look on it.
I would probably say Kiryu is the best design, he is the perfect blend of the 90 MechaGodzilla and Showa MechaGodzilla
