Excellent. I knew Long John Baldry and he gave me tickets for me and my mom to see Elton in Vancouver in Sept 1995. Still today he's full of passionate magic
Wow, cool story, great to hear it! This was my 4th time seeing Elton John. And since this would also be the last time, I wanted to get as close as possible. I got a row 5 seat beside the stage. Close enough that I could see the smiles on the faces of his musicians, and I could tell they were having a great time. Best of all, I felt like I was watching over Elton's shoulders as he played and I could actually see his fingers tickling those keys with my own eyes. It was a unique vantage point, looking out at that sea of adoring fans! And he did turn around and walk towards us quite a bit to acknowledge us, very nice of him.
@@allovervancouver2456 Yesterday i bought my ticket for his concert at Manchester in November 2020. I am so excited. I'll be traveling from Greece, so it's going to be a nice experience i believe. I am only 18 years old though and it feels quite sad that i will only have the chance to see him perform live once in my life. You are so lucky you got to be alive while he was in his prime years. I just hope these 3 hours i will spend listening to him singing live will be enough to at least give me an idea of what it would feel like being alive in the 70s or 80s.
Awesome dude! I also know this guy he is really good! Good Job keep up this good work! Hvae you found a time to do that video to UBC first take the Millennium Line from Renfrew to Broadway then taking the 99 B-Line.
