Try Descendant on Queen East if you like Detroit style pizza. There's nowhere to sit down there either but the pizza is so so good. Try their Electric Avenue pizza. There's just something about jerk chicken and pineapples on pizza with hot sauce that gets me every time. It's a little pricey but their pizza is to die for if you love Detroit style pizza like I do.
Yes, I like Badiali too but they need to get organized and be more professional. The work required for customers to get a pizza is ridiculous. I am too busy for that 🤷♂️ My to go in Toronto is Makers Pizza. So good.
North of Brooklyn is $6/dlice, no need to buy a whole pie. Skip Maker, the seeded crust is a gimmick. Go for Ambassador, if you are in the downtown area. Badiali's is best for dluces, Conzo's for a pie.
None of those spots unfortunatelly do traditional Neapolitan style pizza. Crust is supposed to be more raised and airy, also though is supposed to be much thinner. Try Via Mercanti, Libretto or Napoli Centrale next time.
for me, no one can touch Badiali. No seating? Who cares. Mac? meh, NOB, was terrible when we tried 2 pies last winter. YMMV but always great to have choice in the city. Badiali lines can be avoided simply by ordering ahead but only pies not slices. and if pick up time coincides with short line up I grab a couple fresh slices as well.
none of these places use fiore di latte cheese or real san marzano tomatos and the dough isn't napoletano spec. with Caputo flower. Toronto is the worst city for proper Italian spec pizza
This lady said the olive oil was overtaking the other flavours. She needs to learn the difference between overwhelming/overpowering and overtaking. Such garbage journalism.
Did we watch the same video? She said taste is 10/10 but due to overall experience, as a pizzeria, she felt it's 5/10 which is fair. I hated my experience at baliadi as well. L pizza was great but pizzeria experience was one of the worst one i experienced.
@@kakuella My listening skills could stand to be better but I was listening here and so were you. She gave it 10/10 for flavor. I would like to try it.

I feel makers pizza is too floppy nothing holds and doughy.
I wish you gave Mac’s pizza a chance. Hidden gem

$24 for a 12" is a bit much. Idk about that.
Margherita is the most universal? lol
I tried Maker Pizza and I found it to be mediocre.
Rome?
Team Maker all the way!
Milano's.

You can still go to Via Mercanti, only place I know and tried that does Neapolitan style. Also cooks workers are all from Italy mainly.
Anyone who'd pay $24 for a Pizza is in the same boat as this host
Live and let live.

No.
TEAM MAKER PIZZAAAAA
Ew no
Lady, it's Maker Pizza, not Maker's Pizza. Also, sesame seeds do not belong on pizza. Absolutely ridiculous.

Nope to all three
This girl has no clue about Pizza. How can you give 5/10 for Badaili?? Badiali is the best!! Its kills North of Brooklyn and Maker any day..
Yeah I’m not gonna finish watching knowing that she gave it that score
