I would say that the one changing the battery after this will have problems, as the new adhesive cannot be removed like the old one, without the leads to pull it out, as the original one. Very informative video nonetheless.
I guess you can do it like the original one by leaving some of the adhesive out and folding it onto the battery. And then you can cover it with the stuff you take out of the adhesive.
Someone should make a slightly bigger Backcover for bigger battery. Could be tricky with the camera's but it can be done! Rather have a less thin phone than a dead one in the afternoon!

Just use a very little amount of double side tape under the battery. It can be easily remove the battery.

80°C during 1 minute is not enough to take off the back plate. What's the correct temperature?
I usually set temperature to 120⁰C. The battery is dead anyway :).
