My fearful avoidant monkey branched to another after four years with me. He wanted to remain as friends. Nope. I let him go without a tear, no friendship, no anger. Nothing. I just said " okay. I never text him. It's NC forever for me. My heart was broken, but I moved on with my life. He texts occasionally. I respond cordially, but not friendly. It is what it is. I agree with everything you said. But if they are already in a new relationship especially for women they percentage of them coming back is way harder because their energy split if not change entirely for the new person. And i like the fact so far you are the only coach that will not offer to get an ex back after they move on with someone else.
The speed that she is moving on is a lil bit scary for me. I know I shouldn't care, but 7 years relationship and then dating another guy 2-3 weeks after the breakup? It's almost like i never knew this person...
She texted me and it was something that was nothing important.. i didn't respond... it's only been 2 weeks no contact and she already rebounded.. but even though I didn't respond it definitely played with my head... I even had to go no contact with my step kids just to heal...

You can also block them move on and don’t give them access to you
