✅ About Zulu Lessons with Thando.
    Hello Mngani (friend),
Welcome to Zulu Lessons with Thando. I am Thando, born and raised in KwaZulu Natal in South Africa. I teach modern conversational Zulu language lessons here on TH-cam. You can take my course on my website: zululessons.com/.
My goal is to teach you practical, everyday IsiZulu. I don't follow any school curriculum, just simple Zulu from a native Zulu speaker. We aren't preparing for a test, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the lessons. I’m grateful for your support of my channel.
    Ngiyabonga Mngani.

Ngiyabonga Thando! How does the prefix "elo-" or just "lo-" before "ukufa" function in this phrase?

The possessive Pronoun has 2 forms. One what says "mine" and one that says "the one that is mine". Here are a couple of examples:
      Umntwana wami. (My child)
Umntwana ongowami. (The child that is mine.)
You can also write it this way:
"Owami umntwana..." it's an incomplete statement like this.
Usuku lwami luzoba luhle. (My day will be beautiful. )
Olwami usuku luzoba luhle. (The day that belongs to me will be beautiful. )
"Usuku olungolwami luzoba luhle." (The day that is mine [you could even go further to say, that is called mine] will be beautiful.)
