mutig!Seit 2016 habe ich eine 2011er VFR1200f, aber mit normaler Schaltung und noch immer habe ich Respekt vor der Leistung.
220km/h war die höchste Geschwindigkeit, die ich je damit fuhr.
man muss es ja auch nicht so übertreiben ;) Mal schaun wann auch in Deutschland das Tempolimit kommt, dann wird es eh nicht mehr gehn :.(

Meine VFR 1200 f lief mit Schalter ohne Koffer 283 km/h Tacho , GPS. gestoppt 268 km/h . War ein super Bike . Minus , der hohe Verbrauch und die extrem schwergängige Kupplung .
@@ralfpetersen3120 Das mit der Kupplung fällt mir garnicht mehr auf, aber wenn ich so nachdenke, ja sie könnte leichter gehen. Ich werde meine noch behalten, läuft ja immer noch sehr gut!

I have one, its the most stable bike i ever had, its easy to achive 250 with side cases and topbox and you feel the bike very safe

How is it compared your XX? I had my 2010’s ECU derestricted and was able to see 293 kph in a downhill section of a very empty highway at night without trying too hard. The gentleman who bought it from me confirmed that he hit 290 kph on a flat section of the highway near the city where Iive. Mine was further modified by de-cat, Akropovic carbon can and a K&N air filter by the way. I had it tuned at a dyno before the ECU derestrict and it measured 160 HP at the rear wheel. It was a really good bike...
oh, it's not easy to say. Driving the VFR is many years ago :D

I was have XX1100 mo1999 before 9 years the maximum speed i can get it only one time in my life 300km it was amazing bike.
Add a few MPH due to the side cases, which I am sure are not rated for almost 160mph

double clutch means you can shift with electronic buttons as you would with a flappy paddle on sports cars. Or you can choose to not shift at all and the bike shifts for you in automatic mode.
DCT isn't a gimmick. Dual Clutch Transmission is a very fast shifting automatic transmission. You effectively have 2 transmissions with clutches, one makes up your odd gears (1,3, and 5) and one makes up your even gears (2,4, and 6). In order to switch from gear 1 to 2, it only needs to engage one clutch while disengaging the other. Then when there is no load on the other transmission, it can switch that gear from 1 to 3 in preparation for your next shift.
@@TheGamersRace I rode a 1200x DCT the other day. Gotta say, this transmission is incredible. So fast and incredibly smooth. And works so well too, it never slips too much or stall the engine. Makes me wish every bike had one, even tho I really enjoy using the clutch.
@@ytaltacc8008 Yeah Hondas DCT is the best, personally I think manual gives a better low speed experience but if you're not doing a slow speed maneuver or going down a sub 20mph road they really are a blast. They've got a 6sp 1200f at my local dealer and I've been thinking of taking it on a test ride. I've got a 17 fz09 currently.
My father owns one and the accelaration is incredibly fast :)

yep :D but I guess without side cases it will be same topspeed as the XX. The XX has a very good aerodynamic

Hi have a 2010 vfr and ride with a friend Cb1000r, and believe me the Vfr its much stronger

No. Mine is running 272km/h on the Tachometer, which was 266km/h on the GPS Box.

@@Lexx1976 Yes, I confirm. I got these kind of speeds in mine. Also, I didn't feel any kind of limiter. Just a natural limitation of going faster due to its weight
Top speed run with side panniers on........why

@@mototop_ I think it's very risky to do this with panniers. The recommended max speed with panniers is something like 140km/h. Also, they completely ruined the aerodynamics at that kind of speed. But good effort
@ bikes are always developed and tested by manufacturers also with side panniers up to topspeed. so it's not always a high risk to do so. you just have to feel what the bike is doing and react to it.

I’ve had a vfr, clunky gear change, on or off throttle response, sounds crap. Swapped for a zzr1400, so much better in every way.
the VFR is not like the good old Super Blackbird :)

@@firebladeflow Einfach bei der Gopro (mindestens die Hero 5 black) das GPS aktivieren, und dann später in der Gopro Quick App die Geschwindigkeitsanzeige hinzufügen :)

I hate the speed limit of 270 kmh... I've measured with GPS and it's exactly 255 kmh 🤦♂️. The Old 1100 XX is much faster with less of power.
I had the side cases at the bike :D but of course the XX is faster. And I like it, I have one too :)

@@mototop_ yes guess you're right :). My Fireblade with 152Hp shows a speedo at 299 and GPS was close to 280... A difference from 20 kmh. If I compare that to my car it's very badly. My car shows a speedo at 270 and GPS 260... It's the first time that my car is faster than my motorcycle 🙈🙈🙈 ant state yet it's also limited...

Obviously he's like many fellow countrymen; going more than 110 km/h is DANGEROUS and people should have their vehicles confiscated - thats the new "trend" here - the police simply steal your car if driving more than 100% to fast or 200 km/h on motorways... Unfortunately thats the new Denmark where envy and communism is growing every day....
