I'm intermittent fasting, so this is definitely a meal plan that could last me two weeks! I would just need to double the amount for breakfast burritos and the fruit bowls. So that'd probably cost me roughly $120!
I know this is two months old but I watched your old videos and fed my boyfriend exactly what you meal prepped. He won the weight loss challenge at work $2000! We used chatgpt to calculate his macros and measure the food out you purchased.
when you make healthy meals high in protein you should be plenty full enough after each meal. SO as long as you keep the portions correct then it is super easy.
It takes some self control. Take your time to sit down and eat with a glass of water or low calorie drink. Then, get out of the kitchen and do something else. You are going to have to wait until your next meal and that's just the way it is lol. But typically I can't make a main out of simple carbs (like a flour tortilla) without my brain saying, I want another and another etc. Something like a serving of zucchini pasta though with chicken breast and tomato sauce- leaves me full and satisfied

So far I tried the breakfast burritos. I used a high fiber tortilla, swapped the ham for a Turkey sausage roll and added red onions, red & orange bell pepper. I didn’t have flavor god seasoning, I just used Tony’s , black pepper and some rosemary or something. When I tell y’all them mugs was fire?! And they keep you full forever? Soooooo good. Will be making these often. Trying the rice meal today. 💖

My son is 21 and moved out 4 months ago. He is living on his own and eating lots of chicken because he is poor. He gets tired of eating the same thing for lunch and dinner as he meal preps. I am trying to teach him to make things like this so all he needs to do is change up how he eats it. I am his mother so I dont know anything. Lol. He is slowly learning and sends me texts saying kind sweet things to me and thanking me for teaching him how to cook. I like the fact of how he incorporates a lot of fruit into his meal preps. Most people avoid eating fruit but in my opinion I think it's great bc it keeps blood sugar levels stable out through the day and so therefore your not crashing by the end of the night nor do you feel like your depleted of energy before a workout

A good brand is ‘Tattooed Chef’. I started using that a while ago as a healthy alternative to rice and it’s lower in carbs👍🏾.

Great video! I’d like to add one thing about avacado oil. It’s heat capacity is very low so if it’s getting fried ever 300 degrees it is creating a plastic film over your food and all the properties have been burned out. Coconut oil has a heat capacity of 450 with all its nutrients still in tact.

I'm a NEW SUBSCRIBER, and I love watching your videos. I have a slow progressing muscular dystrophy, and your meal preps have given me the idea to eat a lot more protein to see if it will help compensate the muscle that I'm losing. I've had the muscular dystrophy for about 12 or 13 years, so it's catching up to me, and I'm having a hard time gaining and keeping weight on me. I weigh 112 lbs, I have peanut and tree nut allergies, digestion issues, as well as a gluten intolerance. I used to drink Boost Plus 2x a day, every single day, but I've had to stop drinking them due to other stomach issues. All of the recipes I've watched you make seem to be free of gluten and the ones that I have watched, I know that I can omit the nuts and the couple of other things that I'm allergic to. Thanks for the meal prep videos! They're all very greatly appreciated.

I'm a NEW SUBSCRIBER, and I love watching your videos. I have a slow progressing muscular dystrophy, and your meal preps have given me the idea to eat a lot more protein to see if it will help compensate the muscle that I'm losing. I've had the muscular dystrophy for about 12 or 13 years, so it's catching up to me, and I'm having a hard time gaining and keeping weight on me. I weigh 112 lbs, I have peanut and tree nut allergies, digestion issues, as well as a gluten intolerance. I used to drink Boost Plus 2x a day, every single day, but I've had to stop drinking them due to other stomach issues. All of the recipes I've watched you make seem to be free of gluten and the ones that I have watched, I know that I can omit the nuts and the couple of other things that I'm allergic to. Thanks for the meal prep videos! They're all very greatly appreciated.
