@elskepode2 it shows the credits and goes to the main menu. but by the end you would've explored everything there is to explore because of the sidequests.
@elskepode2 this game has a ton of choices at every point of the game. Not much exploring to do after beating the game, but you can't truly "beat" it unless you play it multiple times.
The secret to getting enough is a bit tricky, but it's free. First go to the cargo hold and empty all spikes into the container. Then go spam T3-M4 for spikes until he says you're full, go empty into container, rinse and repeat. The max you can carry is 99 spikes though.
@GalenMarak i don't want to make fun of you. im just saying because Bastila had a kid from Revan (atleast i think its from Revan) Satele Shan. I rly love to argue about stuff from KOTOR with people. There are so many opinions and versions. Imo lets just wait till SWTOR releases and we shall see what rly happened.
@Whippenberg dang haha i forgot about that. but i meant slave system as in the ships are more or less drones controlled by a few master computer ships. ;)
it depends, in xbox one which is personally my favorite is star wars battlefront 2 which came out on the xbox and there are still being sold on xbox 360 now also and empires at war is for the computer it is kinda like age of empires and star wars battlefront at the same time
4:01 is kinda scary once you realise that every little dot is one of those massive warships stocked with hundreds of thousands of Sith troops. Sort of like the Hubble Deep Field picture in a way.
lightside is easier to compliment it. if you try to tie this one you have to create loopholes. the light side ties itself together. this is a pretty awesome ending though.
Before the Battle of Yavin. Yavin IV is the pivotal point in Star Wars history. It's basically the equivalent of 0 AD, although in Star Wars it's 0 BBY. Everything prior to it is BBY (like BC) and everything after is ABY (AD).
You do realize that KOTOR can be played in many ways but only one is canon, do you? The same goes for TOR, the outcome of meeting Revan depends on which faction you are playing for, Empire or Republic.
@JulianManatee i know but can you still walk around doing nothing like have all the quest complete and just walk around? thats what an open ended RPG is where you just stop whenever you want and yes i mean there is an ending but can you go back on that profile you beat the game on and just walk around everywhere?
Although I am tempted to pick the sith life based on what you said, the lightside gives a me a strange feeling when I follow it. It's the kind of feeling I want to experience again and again. Don't ask why I feel it because I do not understand the feeling
When evil wins we are screwed and yet evil looks damn cool when they are screwing with us, Revan has a surprisingly small crowd at the end. I would have had thousands at least.
actually I was just looking it up. we were both wrong kotor takes place 4000 years before the events of the movies. the old republic takes place about 300 to 500 years later. yoda would have been born nearly 3000 years later
You find that out on the Leviathan, where you first face Darth Malak. The Leviathan is like Cloud City in The Empire Strikes Back, you fight your enemy and have a revelation. Just play the game and it all makes sense.
I don't mind the 5 minute monologue when its used to kiss your ass before they die. Something about the main villain giving you so much praise as they die makes me feel good, real good.
@MrWeclaw8 Umm just Earn dark side points to become a sith.. Near the end of the game you chose If you want to kill malak and over throw him or Kill him and be a hero to the Republic
question! In swtor the mmo what would you guys think revan would be? A sith Warrior or Sith inquisitor? i'm thinking a warrior... but he still has crazy force powers o.O? maybe both?
Of course, Duhfman. The game is intentionally structured so that dark-siders have an easier time, but they lose access to several powerful items that only lightsiders can use (Solari Crystal, Circlet of Sharesh, and the Qel-Droma robes)
24-25 hours is what my game took as wel, you could definitely finishe the game earlier, but I did almost every normal sidequest (not the special team members sidequests) also light side is maybe a bit longer to complete, also i skipped through most of the conversations
@Revenwazhere oh my god think of it who brought an army of clone into a battle against the sith yoda a good guy who fought darth maul after his beloved master was killed obi wan kanobi a good guy and the list go's on
@JulianManatee but can you go exploring if you want or at the end once you beat it does it just show the credits and your done and you cant walk around or anything?
Its been a while since i last played this game, i really enjoyed it. I never played KOTR II, does anyone know if its playable on the 360 and if its as good as part 1 was?
I just watched the light side Revan scenes for TOR. Holy shit, i knew it would change but that was completely different. I mean, it couldnt be more different. Revan's state of mind (as a sith) is like that before you even show up in TOR, so your faction shouldnt really affect anything. That is just weird.
Whatever happened to the Ebon Hawk and its crew in this ending? I've played the game twice now, but always found myself alligning with the light side...
if your bored and you have beaten it can you go back on the profile and can you just walk around the places you visited i mean i know it may be boring but is it an open ended game where you just can walk around or do you have to go by strict roles of just role play and your dont with the game please someone answer quick
this takes place 3000 years before the movies. this would be about two and a half milleniums before yoda was born which is abot 2500 years. A millenium is 1000 years, a century is 100 years.
In the game you ARE Revan, but have been captured by the Jedi and they erased your memory. Later in the game you find out the truth and from that time on you can decide to either be the good Jedi they turned you into, or to become Revan again and rejoin the Dark Side.
is this a game where you just beat and your done? or is it open ended where you can just walk around and do whatever? i know its role playing game but once you beat it do you just beat it again or can you walk around and do nothing and just mess around for the fun of it? please someone reply quick thank you.
Best RPG I've ever played...and I only played it for the first time in 2012. Thats how good it is---despite the really dated graphics. I love how you can completely ruthless throughout the game, unlike Bioware's later efforts like the otherwise amazing ME trilogy, you still really only have one ending. Obviously from this video you can see how you can COMPLETELY go evil.
@BadBoy1968 Through passion, I gain strength. Through strength, I gain power. Through power, I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken. The Force will set me free. ALL HAIL LORD REVAN!
@genaralc0al Revan's gender is actually decided by the player of the game. For players who want to stay true to the story, Revan is male. For those who prefer female fighters over male fighters, they get the option to make Revan a woman.
"All hail the return of Darth Revan - the treuww laawd of the Sith!" LOL, the voice actress has been doing such a good job with her English accent only for it to fall apart at the last minute.
@GalenMarak read the wiki... Revan was a dude and Exile was a female. Also in SWTOR the timeline videos Revan appears as a man :D I wonder was KOTOR 2 ending dark or light ending. Eather way it is unknown and both endings would do.
i tried the dark side once...but i failed miserably to be as bad as possible i just cant think bad enough to get alot of dark side points so i played the game again on the light side...
@TheOpengateway
it is master Vandar Torake, a jedi master the same race as yoda. This story is set 4000 years before yoda

Imagine, this game on PSP! You can play it everywhere! Sounds like a dream.
@Abraxisvirus Its an rpg so u just have to take time, play it like an rpj, and undrstand it and it will be funner
@catnipassian he wasn't yoda, this story of this game is 4000 years before the film Phantom Menace
@jugernaut19381
It's called star wars empire at war and you can get from any good video game shop.
@GalenMarak i don't want to make fun of you. im just saying because Bastila had a kid from Revan (atleast i think its from Revan) Satele Shan. I rly love to argue about stuff from KOTOR with people. revans robes. you can find them in some custom robes thing on the star forge, but it costs you 24 computer spikes.
I miss this game. Nothing compares to it.
The Star Forge spike requirements sometimes are unaffected by computer level. So I always carry a full stack just in case.
@Whippenberg dang haha i forgot about that. but i meant slave system as in the ships are more or less drones controlled by a few master computer ships. ;)
it depends, in xbox one which is personally my favorite is star wars battlefront 2 which came out on the xbox and there are still being sold on xbox 360 now also and empires at war is for the computer it is kinda like age of empires and star wars battlefront at the same time
Five years after- Malachor V is only mentioned once in the game.
4:01 is kinda scary once you realise that every little dot is one of those massive warships stocked with hundreds of thousands of Sith troops. Sort of like the Hubble Deep Field picture in a way.
To get the armor you need to have a large number of computer spikes in order to use the Star Forge's equipment to produce the Revan armor.
lightside is easier to compliment it.
if you try to tie this one you have to create loopholes. the light side ties itself together. this is a pretty awesome ending though.
@MegaArmyof2 The light side ending is the cannon one
Before the Battle of Yavin. Yavin IV is the pivotal point in Star Wars history. It's basically the equivalent of 0 AD, although in Star Wars it's 0 BBY. Everything prior to it is BBY (like BC) and everything after is ABY (AD).
@Pwningninja22
yes it is, but there r 2 endings...
I like the light a bit more...
Seriously just by watching that fleet and how evil its intentions are, gives me goosebumps.
You do realize that KOTOR can be played in many ways but only one is canon, do you? The same goes for TOR, the outcome of meeting Revan depends on which faction you are playing for, Empire or Republic.
dude that ending rocks!!! way better than the light side ending!!! btw where did you get that badass costume?
i could not tell but was bastilla the woman at 3:10 who was talking, great game btw love the second one as well
You can play this game on 360, it's backwards compatible.
Now I thought that I read there was something thrown in the ending that would explain why the Sith weren't in control of the galaxy later.
@TheWill211187
No the cannonical Revan was male. it is the Exile in KOTOR II who is a female. Not that it matters that much tough :p
@JulianManatee i know but can you still walk around doing nothing like have all the quest complete and just walk around? thats what an open ended RPG is where you just stop whenever you want and yes i mean there is an ending but can you go back on that profile you beat the game on and just walk around everywhere?

When evil wins we are screwed and yet evil looks damn cool when they are screwing with us,
Revan has a surprisingly small crowd at the end. I would have had thousands at least.
@TheOpengateway
it is not yoda, this happens thousands of years before yoda
actually I was just looking it up. we were both wrong kotor takes place 4000 years before the events of the movies. the old republic takes place about 300 to 500 years later. yoda would have been born nearly 3000 years later
I wonder which ending compliments the events KTORII better? Dark Side or Light Side. This ending was way better.
You find that out on the Leviathan, where you first face Darth Malak. The Leviathan is like Cloud City in The Empire Strikes Back, you fight your enemy and have a revelation. Just play the game and it all makes sense.

Dont you just love it when, even though mortally wounded, the bad guys can always get a 5 minute monologue out before they die?
@MrWeclaw8 lol 4 months later i got it for PC and passed it haha and no i did not lose it , it scratched cause i bought a used one from gamestop:P
Of course, Duhfman. The game is intentionally structured so that dark-siders have an easier time, but they lose access to several powerful items that only lightsiders can use (Solari Crystal, Circlet of Sharesh, and the Qel-Droma robes)

@SFLTroy they are. find star wars: the old republic
@KurtvonStrohm you mean with mods? damn thats going to be veery hard
"the apprentice has learned his final lesson". Awesome!
Wow, when the dark side got as strong as that, i causes shivers down my spine. XD
@kalle911 still a lot of fun right!
@avenger1000 , i could never go through with the evil ending on Jade empire but i could be evil until that point completly, its weird
@Revenwazhere oh my god think of it who brought an army of clone into a battle against the sith yoda a good guy who fought darth maul after his beloved master was killed obi wan kanobi a good guy and the list go's on
Yeah =) It's in Episode IV. The Battle of Yavin is where Luke blows up the first Death Star.
@spacemonkey321 yeah, i guess i just don't understand that if it is already up there.. why do it again?
@JulianManatee but can you go exploring if you want or at the end once you beat it does it just show the credits and your done and you cant walk around or anything?
Yes. It's considerably long. About three or four days is how long it usually takes me to beat it.
can someone make an ending where the Revan is really Vader,Starforge will be Death Star and Sith Empire will be Galactic Empire,pls?
In "The Old Republic" Revan has joined the dark side. That game takes place after this one.
And Vandar tokar is Yoda I believe,But Maybe someone else like his species?
when i got to the part were you hav to get the tome thats when i started down the dark path
well like Kreia i dont think one side is better than the other i guess it really depends on the person using the force powers but thats what i think
Its been a while since i last played this game, i really enjoyed it. I never played KOTR II, does anyone know if its playable on the 360 and if its as good as part 1 was?
i miss this game

This is one of the coolest evil endings i've seen.
you should have posted ending credits
I finally got around to playing this game. This game has aged really, really well, and for how epic the game was this ending is so weak.
not really, cause i had trouble figuring it out, and i havent played this game for a long time.
@zammy1409 you lost it? Awww....that's too bad....
this takes place 3000 years before the movies. this would be about two and a half milleniums before yoda was born which is abot 2500 years. A millenium is 1000 years, a century is 100 years.
the ending gave me goosebumps lawls
@LunaticSumo that right there is the question.
In the game you ARE Revan, but have been captured by the Jedi and they erased your memory.
Later in the game you find out the truth and from that time on you can decide to either be the good Jedi they turned you into, or to become Revan again and rejoin the Dark Side.

Did they just kill Yoda on the endar spire?
I was always so freaking mad at that part

Only ruthless people can play as the dark side
@BadBoy1968 Through passion, I gain strength. Through strength, I gain power. Through power, I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken. The Force will set me free. ALL HAIL LORD REVAN!

LOL, the voice actress has been doing such a good job with her English accent only for it to fall apart at the last minute.
Hot chick----> checked
Fanatic death army -----> checked
Cool balcony for speeches-----> checked
best ending ever.
@GalenMarak read the wiki... Revan was a dude and Exile was a female. Also in SWTOR the timeline videos Revan appears as a man :D I wonder was KOTOR 2 ending dark or light ending. Eather way it is unknown and both endings would do.
they really need to make a movie series about the mandalorian wars
Oh, me too. I could never do most of the dark side stuff, because I always felt guilty or bad. :(
@spacemonkey321 why do you take exactly what the highest rated comment says and then to alter it a little? it won't get u to the top.
And so it ends as i somehow always knew it must in darkness
Oh...yeah...sorry. Kinda made a mistake in spelling. Cliche...
i only have the second one and i dont no the time period is this before or after (or during) the incident at malachor v?
i tried the dark side once...but i failed miserably to be as bad as possible i just cant think bad enough to get alot of dark side points so i played the game again on the light side...
@fortisKID Revan is canonically a guy anyway :P
@ThatTransformersGuy yoda didnt fight maul, maul didnt kill obi wan. yoda wasnt a sith. what are you talking about lmfaoo
i allways wondered how it would end wit evil and now i know.......IT FUCKING BLOWS!
i think go to xbox marketplace, and download it. idk how much it would cost, i found stubs the zombie
can this game work on xbox 360. and yes i have xbox live
no it isnt only for PC, i have it on my original xbox that i STILL have lol :P
Wrong. The Mandalorian Wars started in 3,976 BBY. Yoda was born in 896 BBY. This took place 3,000 years before Yoda was around.
Basically just be a goody two shoes to everybody
@zammy1409 oh ok.... how do i become a jedi or sith on that game?
I havn't had the game in agess... but i remember it being pretty good... bout the same as the first one really
Thanks for answering ive gotten an xbox360 and its REALLY good thanks for your opinions:D
