I eat very similar to you too… I’m eating half a cup of flaxseeds or 3 tablespoons of raw flax oil at the moment and loads of cruciferous vegetables and have noticed a huge decrease in my inflammation… Love my berries, Microgreens, sprouts, avocados too ❤❤❤
I love berries and avocado, and I eat those several times a week although not daily. Right now I'm fighting a little inflammation because I got lazy with all the yummy baked goods. People were giving me over the holidays and I can feel the inflammation in my joints and see it in my face. But generally, I feel like my skin looks best when I'm eating lots of raw vegetables I like to eat pumpkin seeds and walnuts, in fact, I like almost every nut and seed. In the morning, I have a tablespoon of Chia seeds with hot water, lemon and about half a teaspoon of Manuka honey. This year I started using colostrum in my protein shakes in the morning as well as cacao nibs and a green food powder. I also ordered NAC recently after your video I'm going to give that a try. Happy New Year to you, Sam and your hubby! I hope that in 2025 we can really make that meeting happen in San Diego. I loved you in Paris, but I have to say that your skin has never looked better.!!
Hi gorgeous, thank you for sharing your skin glowing foods And yes, I really hope to be able to get together with soon Happy new year to you and your loved ones, thank you for all your love and support ❤️
Good morning Claudia. Happy New Year to you and yours. As I'm watching this I'm dumping in my blender berries spinach pineapple and half of an avocado. Cheers!
Always love your content with all the research you do in regard to healthy food and skincare . You look beautiful ! Happy New Year to you and your husband !❤
Thank you for making a video over your holiday. Hope you and your husband are having a wonderful time! I love avocado, but I’m a teacher and it’s so hard to make a nutritious lunch with fresh ingredients. I’m also allergic to soy, dairy and nuts. It’s a big challenge for me to get what I need to stay healthy in a day. Keep making these videos to help us on our journey. God bless you
Hi Heather, thank you so much for your very kind comment. I can imagine hotel ending. It must be when you’re dealing with all these food allergies. Wishing you and your loved ones a very happy new year. Thank you for all your love and support. ❤️
Hi Lorrienn, I had to start incorporating protein powder. Luckily, there are some really good tasting ones out there now. Wishing you a very happy new year, thank you for all your love and support
Looking good Claudia!(shoulder/tricep definition as well as your overall glow👍)....thanks for another 'healthy' reminder..definitely useful.., and have yourself a peaceful and fulfilling 2025!,.
I love and eat all those foods. I make my own nut milks, yogurts/ sour creams, dressings, sauces. I eat a lot of raw organic foods, no animals...all my life, age 70, very healthy, don't look my age. My skin care is minimal these days, but have been a long time Retin A user since my 20's, so one reason my skin doesn't look my age. Beautiful inside and out Claudia, always enjoy your videos! Happy New Year. 😊
Hi Claudia! Happy New Year! I hope you have a wonderful 2025! I love all the foods you mention. I love avocado, but don't have them often enough. Thanks for the reminder! One thing I have everyday is broccoli sprouts, I sprout a big jar of them, then freeze and put them in my smoothie. Keep making these great videos!
I have eaten variations on the same basic thing every day for the last 3-4 years(owing to illness, things have to be simple). I actually ate a different meal yesterday, and it was a relief! 😅 Anyway, my routine is two green smoothies everday. This is a combo of 2-3 of kale, asparagus, green beans, rocket, broccoli, red cabbage, and cauliflower), raw garlic cloves, raw ginger, avacado, an entire lime or lemon (the skin, pulp, everything), some extra greens powder and fermented protein powder. With the smoothies, I'll either have sardines, eggs or grassfed steak and kimchi, some kiwi or berries. Finished off with matcha tea and dark choc. Would love to use some nuts again too. Thanks for the New Year's Day video! 🙏✨️
Hi Claudia, I also try to eat what you do daily. I love avocado, berries, nuts & seeds. I need to add more leafy greens as I don’t eat salad very often. I drink lots of water and eat enough protein. Happy New Year! 💕
Hi Debbie, I actually got another juicer this year (my old one broke a while ago) and if I can not get around to making a salad, I make a green juice. That might be too complicated for you, but if you are not a fan of salad, its an easy way to get in lots of greens Wishing you a wonderful new year Thank you for all your love and support xx
Happy New Year Claudia - wishing you the BEST of Happiness, Peace & Love in 2025…🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 THANKYOU for all your fantastic, knowledgeable & creative content, that you always put out for us! I’m so grateful & appreciative of you, because you have taught me so much and helped me change so much in my life… LOVE to you ❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉
Happy New Year! Do you have any suggestions on incorporating sauerkraut into salads or other dishes? It isn’t that I don’t like the taste it just doesn’t appeal to eat it by itself. 😀
Happy New Year to you and yours Claudia! I eat almost identical to you after watching your other food videos..but i do eat organic pasture raised eggs and greek yogurt and feta cheese. Berries are gifts from God IMO they are so beneficial. May 2025 bring you continued beauty and wellness and success😊
Wonderful video I love walnuts and sunflower seeds. I was wondering if you eat saffron. I heard it's good but expensive. I use saffron oil which gives me a glow. I grew up eating healthy food so for me I enjoy it anyway I heard Chia seeds are good? Happy 🎉New Year's Claudia
Hi Ann, I use saffron for certain recipes, but do not eat it on a regular basis. But you are right, it is supposed to be very good for us. And yes, so a chia seed Happy new year xo
Happy new year Claudia 🌻and thank you for all your amazing content 🙏 Also, could you please let me know if Cheryl is still on You Tube (her new channel has disappeared from my feed). Many thanks 😊
Happy New Year beautiful ❤ I eat your 5 foods daily except I am not as good about the fermented foods. I try to remember to drink miso soup. I am not a big fan of kimchi or sauerkraut. I eat sprouts (for sulforaphane) everyday unless I am out of town. I follow Dr. Fuhrman's G-BOMBS and Dr. Greger's daily dozen. That is why I love Dr. Goldner's smoothies, I can get alot in the smoothie. Wishing 2025 to be a year of joy, good luck and romance with your hubby 😘
Hi sweet Carol, happy new year to you and your loved ones I need to get back on the sprouts wagon. I used to sprout my own sprouts when we lived in Paris, but I just have gotten out of the habit. Sending a big hug away, thank you for all your love and support ❤️
Oh my .. I don’t eat nor like anything of these foods.. I hate avocados 😢I don’t like berries.. rarely eat greens … tried fermented foods I don’t like them either… the food I choose to eat is unfortunately not the best.. gluten and sugar heavy… I wish if you do a video on how to get rid of gluten and sugar … love you Claudia ❤
Nuts: almonds. Seeds: ground flaxseed (I grind myself). Actually, I evangelize on behalf of flaxseed for women. I don't try to convert anyone to anything I think or do... except for flaxseed for menopausal age women. If anyone reading this has risk factors for breast cancer, please look into it!

What products do you use to give you that shine?❤
I just recently uploaded my morning, skin care routine, which shows all the products I use
How do you get 100 grams of protein in per day? Protein powder serving is about 20 grams, but what else?
I add protein powder and focus on high protein foods, such as tofu and legumes
