I feel that everyone has at least one game that everyone seems to hate except for them. Final Fantasy XIII-2 is one of mine.

It has a lot of fans. I think the gameplay, music and art direction are legit 10/10. I have my issues with it but I still love it. All the 13 games are imperfect but fun in their own ways

@@Tylericous 13 is garbage and that's a shame because 13-2 and returns are masterpiece and have a very good story to tell, fortunately there's a summary of the events on 13-2 start screen so people can start with this one instead of suffering through 13

It was a million times better than XIII. I got XIII-2 in a raffle but never played XIII. So I played XIII and was so mad I almost didn’t go on to play XIII-2. I’m so glad I did. Such great gameplay, music, and characters. Serah is such a better character than Lightning.

@@AB-dd4jz While I do love the battle system in Lightning returns, that game is far from a masterpiece. Absolutely nonsensical story with all fluff and no substance at all. The first one despite its flaws is atleast solid and shouldn't have spawned any sequels since it ended properly.

Finally played the XIII trilogy and this has to be one of the best songs, besides Dust to Dust. The trilogy is filled with beautiful tracks, some of the best in the franchise.

It's a real shame the trilogy doesn't get anywhere near the recognition it deserves. Its a masterpiece in multiple ways, yet is frequently hated on as a black sheep of the franchise 😢

Final Fantasy XIII series is my favorite. I love SCIFI time travel stories movie games or anything related that is why XIII-2 is my favorite out of all final fantasy the music is so good. All emotion in my journey playing FFXIII-2 I wish I could play it again for the first time.

Gosh, such a memories you reminded me with this song.. In a way or another Final fantasy died in my heart with this episode, all then was a different emotiotions and feeling, don`t know why or how, but that`s it 😔.. Still interesting games ahead, but the final fantasy series was something I was so fond of..

On the contrary; I've never played this game but I love this piece and listen to the soundtracks of Final Fantasy XIII/XIII-2, and Lightning Returns all the time. I loved Final Fantasy VIII and IX as a child though and Nobuo's music from those earlier titles.
