Almost no comments! This is like a secret byroad in the Final Fantasy universe. There might be problems with the story, but there's still that secret something in this game, scenes that make me feel like I'm talking to a long lost friend and make me feel like I've been changed in some way.

Back when it released, the ending made me cry. It was my first FF. Only FF13 and FF13-2 made me cry, no game has ever done that. Real ones understand the vision of the FF13 series.

For me, Final Fantasy VIII and IX are my favourites, VIII has a wonderfully complex and mesmerising plot.

This game was a place I knew as a home. Friends, growth, peace and sadness. I am who I am because of this journey.
After just finishing FF13-2 going into LR I can say the trilogy is shaping up to be one of my favorites in the FF series. They killed the music and characters.

I've never played this game (the last FF games I played were VIII and IX) but this piece is beautiful. I listen to the XIII/XIII-2/Lightning Returns OSTs all the time despite never having played the games. Some day I'll play them.
This piece and the Noel Theme are soul wrenchingly beautiful.

As much as I love Nobuo's music, the XIII Trilogy has the best Final Fantasy music in my opinion. A great balance of beauty and intensity. Though "Fisherman's Horizon" from Final Fantasy VIII will always be a favourite of mine, along with the Balamb Garden theme.

XIII and XIII-2 have some amazing ost. I prefer XIII overall. One thing that really stands for this 2 are the setting. When you walk through some parts of the game is just a delite. Visually is all extremely beautiful and the music does a perfect match with that, making a pleasure to walk around the world. I liked the history of XIII a lot, XIII-2 not that much, but still gonna replay those games. I read the novels because I was too deep into the history ( truly recommend this if you have not played the games yet). I never finish LR but now that I am feeling nostalgic for the Lightning saga I have decided that this is the year to finish the trilogy.
